Thanks to you any project big or small seems so easy specially when time comes into play. I would like to thank Alex Benson for keeping me updated at all times and for answering all my questions and the excellent service provided. But wait, we are not done just yet. Beware of this company! I used template monster in the past and had no problems however, recently I purchased tow templates with the installation/setup add on service and it was a nightmare. Not only did they NOT get the templates to install after 1 month of going back and forth and getting the run around (asking for the same login information over and over), they said that I would need to sign-up with HOST POPPA because they know it will work. So I gave them access to HOST POPPA and they still never successfully installed the templates. I asked for a refund 3 times during this mess via their chat and via email (because they never answered the phone) and they eventually ghosted me even after they said they would refund me. So I disputed my credit card charge with my CC company and Template Monster lied to my credit card and claimed that they installed my templates with no problems. I would recommend staying away from Spencer and this company as they are not to be trusted!

TemplateMonster are a pack of fraudsters. I paid $199 for the template customization service, and after 3 months and many attempts asking them to complete my work (with clear instructions), all they have done is load a logo I supplied them (and even that took 3 attempts to get correct in wordpress). Stay clear of these people, especially templates from DREAMIT. I raised a dispute for a refund, and templateMonster refused. Hopefully, PayPal can assist to retrieve the amount i paid, as I will show all evidence, emails and communication from TemplateMonster. I quote *. I have all communication and proof of their reluctance to assist.

I signed up for their ONE subscription over a year ago without signing on for auto-renewal. When the subscription ended, I did not want to renew because it was a nightmare - with their sales team promising what their tech team can't deliver. However, without pre-approval, they charged my card again for another year's subscription, and refused to give me the full refund which I have been demanding for this past 3 months, despite my not having used the subscription. I have been dealing with a Daniel Dawson who claims to be the boss, but does not bother to read his e-mails carefully, but parrots the company's "no refund" policy over and over again. Pity there is no negative star rating!

I received excellent service from Luigi helping me select the perfect template to suit my business specifics. I had spent a good hour or so looking through hundreds of options you have to offer and finally decided to click on the chat with operator option. Which was a good thing, I should have done it much earlier though and I must say it was probably the best customer service experience I've had online. I will definitely come back and continue doing business with you... thanks very much and thanks again Luigi. You were excellent and saved me a ton of time.

You never get your money back even if the product doesn't work. And at some point you don't get any feedback from support at all. This borders on fraud.
And negative reviews about a product are suppressed.
I can only advise anyone not to buy anything there that they haven't had a chance to try out properly.

I am so fed up tonight,, 3 hours I have spent with useless tech support, all I want to do is free up one license and buy 5 more... Its simply impossible 3 hours! And I am still in chat right now! It's ludicrous! REALLY guys spend your money elsewhere. The ONE model is a complete joke too do not get sucked into that trap and don't use it if you do as you won't get your money back. The whole thing has gone south this year I have no idea why they were fine once. But now they owe me 3 hours so I owe them plenty of reviews.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Support is useless, I dealt with a online ticket consultant named * who is probably the most incompetent person I have ever met.
Theme doesn't work, service is terrible and no on replies to emails.
Think twice before using this company.

We are deeply saddened by your comments on your experience with our company, as we do our best to keep customers happy. Our Customer Care manager has already gotten in touch with you with the most suitable solution. Please, check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive his Email.
After having received a completely fraudulent product from them more than a year ago, their sales department tried contact me again to defraud me of more money. I told them on the phone to never contact me again, but they have since sent two additional e-mails that I am referring to law enforcement for criminal prosecution as harassment.
I am clueless why they would pursue this or risk a civil and criminal legal case against their company. But they did, so I will take every option legally open to me to prevent them from harassing or criminally defrauding anyone else.

I purchased their lifetime subscription for $529, but after 24 hours realized their WordPress themes had licensed plugins that required you to purchase an additional license to receive updates. I wanted to use this professional subscription for my clients, but I can't pass that cost on to them.
I requested a refund within 24 hours of the purchase and was denied because I downloaded 3 templates for testing purposes. They are not installed on any websites or live anywhere.
Terrible service, they could have easily refunded my money since I was so quick to test and request my money back after learning how bad their products are.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding. According to our contract, the theme author has to keep his product up to date. Therefore, if the plugin becomes outdated, the author will provide an updated version of the plugin. You won't be forced to pay extra. Please, answer the last email from our Customer Care manager if you decide to make a new purchase on our website. We'll make sure to provide the highest possible discount exclusively for you.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They either do not read or do not understand customer communications. Their responses generally consist of a few useless lines and a link to a "solution" that's not even remotely a solution; it's a wild goose chase. They demonstrate almost no interest in actually resolving customers' issues. If there's anyone at Template Monster who does aspire to this, I have yet to meet that person - and I certainly have tried, over and over and over. Their templates are beautiful, but even so, I don't know how they stay in business when they demonstrate such a frustrating lack of regard for their customers.

I purchased a package that included the nice template, which was under $100 plus about $700 additional for help to install and customize the site, most of which I did myself because every time I hit them up with a batch of content or a list of mistakes or glitches it was at least a week before I even got a confirmation that my email was received by the service manager. Sometimes it was weeks before an edit was performed. By then I usually figured out how to do most of it myself. I still haven't launched the site publicly because the logo and menu's got dropped from the Front Page and it's been two months since I purchased the package. The site was super slow and they refused to admit it was their template, blaming my hosting server. I have two other sites on the same server drive and they run super fast. This company sucks. Once they have your money you'll be cast down with idiots who don't care if you're happy or not.

I have bought many templates from this website. They are neat and professionally written. But, when you pay 75$ for a templates (other seller offer less), everything should be perfect in it. In my last purchase, the html template contained 7 pages but the header, menu, and footer could have been incorporated by php such that the designer does not have to modify 7 html files just to change something in the menu/header/footer. That is just easy but by addressing these small issues, these templates can be even more perfect!

Nearly 3 hours on the tech chat page, 3 different operators. All i wanted was a couple of simple answers. All they could do was 'Like a robot' direct me to tutorial links. Like I haven't already been their. NOT very help full and tried to charge me extra for help after I spent money on a new theme. Very bad customer service. Not happy! Seriously buy form another provider. Ive been stung, don't fall into the trap!

Support was horrible, seemed like the person had no idea what they were on about. Constantly checking with other staff then being transferred. The purchased theme corrupted my website articles and pages, making them unable to be read easily. The theme was very limited and prevented some users from accessing pages due to the features on the theme. All existing articles ended up having formatting issues. Avoid.

Avoid if you want your articles to stay formatted properly. Using one of their themes corrupts to articles. Use themeforest.

Purchased this template from Template Monster.com and purchased the option to have them assist in some very simple changes.
What we needed was for them to fix the contact us page, place our logo in the page and get rid of the universal stock images. Instead I receive back and forth emails and no production. Would not have taken more than 2 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.
I am convinced they do not know what they are doing other than ripping off unsuspecting customers. Very poor customer service and no execution. Completely dissatisfied.

Was considering one of their superb templates. But reviews online are awful, chat support was not very useful (other than "buy hosting too").

Jace quite quickly gave us answers to all our questions. But after that spent a few times more time trying to provide more help than we ever asked for, I don't know why... maybe some kind of a provision system I suspect? I had to try and end the conversation for quite some time.

They managed to fix the issue but it definitely took some time and I kept getting passed around to different tech agents when I initially had the issue (and contact support). The amount of times I had to repeat my issue to a new agent and constantly being moved around was a little frustrating.
