on 4/26/20They are NOT a scam and very legit. I understand frustrations of them taking a long time to put the ads up, but that doesn't make them scammers. You pay for a year and you get a year. Your time doesn't start when you pay, it starts when your advertisement is placed in the venue
Total scam! Shame on them, I wish I read the reviews before I even agreed to meet with them. They showed me the advertisement with dimentions that were twice the real size, they even yelled at me when I tried to explain why I want to cancel, signing under false pretences voids the contract. They charged me right away and I also paid my designer to make an ad acording to dimentions they gave me. It got keeked back because real dimentions were half the size. They have been harassing me for the last 5 months, different person every time. And now 5 months later I got an emall that they will post a generic advertisement under my company name without my approval. TOTAL SCAM!
They are legit. I have ads in several CVS stores and they delivered just as promised. I actually dragged my feet starting the campaign but they continued to follow up and encouraged me to submit my artwork. Since I paid up front, they could have just not bothered to keep following up with me but instead they really seemed to care about how may artwork looked and were genuinely excited for my campaign. I worked with several of their reps in different departments and they were all very polite and helpful but Ryan has been my main point of contact for a little over a year and he's on top of things.
I have had only completely positive experience with them. I've even had the same sales rep (Ryan) for almost 2 yrs now. Yes, my initial install was delayed (it was the middle of Covid so completely understandable), but my artwork turned out beautifully and I got my full term. They do not start your 1 year contract when you pay, it starts when the kiosk is installed. I got my full run and just renewed with them again. It's been a great experience. And my kiosk is in a CVS right near my office, so I'm responding with legit knowledge and experience of how it all turned out.
PLEASE DON'T FALL VICTIM Terraboost media.
They came to my office 2018 several time to tell us they want to help us advertise. Finally we agreed with them December 2018 and I signed contract of 6 months. The agreement was $200 initial design and $200 per month for 6 months. They said they will start the advertisement in January 2019. They keep charging us without any advertisement and when I called them they said that they're running behind schedule. Finally I got fed up with them April 2019 after having paid them 4 months with no advertisement and I told them that I am no more
Interested.
I called my bank and they got my money back from them.
TERRABOOST now took me to collections claiming that I am owing them.
Please DON'T fall victim they are scammers
