My daughter seems to be working on this stuff forever - i as a parent i cant seem to track her progress and there is no customer service - we are starting over with the number one rated online drivers ed course in texas - thanks google
I would not recommend this online driving school if you are a teenaged boy. The use a voice recognition when you log on. Teen boys voices are always changing. We attempted to log on but it would not work. Contacted the school, and the said that he had attempted the voice recognition to many times and that he would have to start the whole program over after he had already done 26 hours.

I was take this online course driving and I don't understand anything, plus the videos they show, bad quality..., I can't see well, now I have to pay another course so I don't really recommend this website.
Fact that all other reviews appear pretty good I wonder if our experience was a fluke. Of course I will never know as the call I was promised by online chat never came. My daughter had invested 20 hours of time on their TREMENDOUSLY boring modules only to suddenly be locked out. The entire time I had been asking her why do you have to keep calling in and she said it's something about verifying that I am me. Well according to the chat she got locked out because she had failed 18 of those validations which never said she failed or perhaps that's why she had to call in, but in any event we chatted online and the woman said that we lost our $60 for the course and she had to start all over again. When I complained she said she'd have a manager call who never did. It may have been partly my fault because I missed out on the initial instructions which explained how she was supposed to validate and apparently she misunderstood but it was the SELF taught course which should mean make it understandable to 15 yr old and/or contact customer with a warning before just cutting you off irreversibly. DPS said no rule pertaining to this-- so it was the school's choice. Doing over though, will find a more engaging, visually post 1990 course with good customer service!
Tip for consumers:
Continuous technical difficulties make it difficult; make sure as a parent your child tells you if he/she has extra steps at verification points indicating site's technical difficulties and YOUR future problem.

This website is poorly managed and filled with bugs, their prices are always on a discount to bait people in and the price also varies between devices for some unknown reason. The voice recognition system is utter garbage as if you're under puberty get ready to get into a world of frustration as one slight pitch change and youre scammed out of your account. The videos are unskippable and are disgustingly useless, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUYR CERTIFICATE TO BE MAILED? And last but not least the time restriction, while your friends are on their way to a drivers license youre stuck watching useless videos and answering dumb questions that you would ignore either way.
Tip for consumers:
dont use it please
Bait and switch. If you want your certificate emailed now, they charge you an extra $12.95. Video questions are way too long. Use someone else.
Tip for consumers:
See how fast others send your cert.
