It was a professional experience for me. Both ladies that I talked to (Rochell and Ashley) on different occasions were so professional. After registration, I received the confirmation email right away. But reading the reviews I was uncomfortable and asked for a refund via email. I received both the refund and email confirmation in less than 10 minutes. I am still not sure if I want to be a member, but the experience was handled very professionally.
I joined in April 2024 and paid 499.95 USD for a lifetime membership. Since then they have charged may card almost 2k and I have sent multiple emails to them asking for a refund. Last email, they said they have canceled my membership and will return me 250, which was the last they charged me. Since then, they do not even reply back to me!

Over 4 years have taken thousands from my account in small amounts. They invent 'conversations' I've allegedly had to renew my membership and they ignore my refund requests. I have action fraud uk involved. Stay well clear

Please don't apply or do anything with them, it's just a website with nothing behind it, it doesn't work as promised, everything is fake there, I was able to reach a woman on Linkedin who said she had to do with this but she never told me anything else. They just want your credit cards, and they are still working. It's really annoying!
Tip for consumers:
Not signing up!
In addition to the membership fee, they charged me (without my consent) $499 for a "Multi media" press release that I was told was already part of my membership package. When I saw I was charged I tried to call and received no answer. I am currently working with my credit card company to make sure this charge does not go through.
I signed up through a Facebook on LinkedIn post. Then got a call that said it was a one time fee. I never got any of my account information. Then I called them in 7 days demanding my money no refund. Now they are trying to charge me $399 a month later.
I just sent an email demanding a full refund and demand no more future changes.
I am going to try to file a fraud case.

None never got the promised account information and they wanted more money
When I joined they told me it was a 'lifetime membership' and never disclosed any other fees would be due. I then was charged for a marketing campaign and started getting 39.99 monthly fees. I had enough and cancelled immediately. They did not refund anything but promised my information would be purged from their system. 8 months later I was charged another $500 out of the blue. Pretty sure this whole thing is a scam.
They took my money said I had 15 days to get it back with no questions asked. When I found out it was a scam. I called back within an hour to cancel and the lady I spoke to for the last hour was acting like she was someone else. I told her I wanted to cancel and she acted like she was new and had to give this to her supervisor but it should not be a problem. I asked when I would receive an email of cancellation and she said same day, I never received. Nothing about this company is legitimate, don't give in to her she is very convincing. I followed up with a cancellation on their website and took screenshot.
It is a scam.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP). They charged my credit card $499.95 without my consent, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the past few weeks, I have received no refund or acknowledgment from them. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to rectify this unauthorized charge is unacceptable.
I also applied via application found on social media. I figured if they accept me I'll look into this further. I got the call today and after a few questions they accepted me immediately. They gave me the script of lifetime membership vs 5-year membership as others had received in the other reviews on this page. They kept pushing me to give them my credit card. I asked them to send me the info to review before I commit and then they kept lowering their fees. I told them I will call after I review their website and she angrily hung up on me mid sentence. Follow your intuition and read reviews. Don't just give your cc info to anyone.
They are pleasant until they get your credit card. They told me I only needed to make a one time payment for lifetime membership. Few months later, I noticed a charge to my CC and sent an email for a refund and cancellation of my membership. The have since continued to debit by credit card on monthly basis, without consent. I am working with my credit card company to resolve this. It is frustrating. DO NOT have anything to do with this company. They are nothing but thieves and scammers.
I have joined this club and paid a huge amount of membership fee, over $300 for a year. They automatically renew it every year, without even asking. I ave not benefitted from this membership. Very disappointing!
I got a "lifetime membership" for $299 in December. Last week my credit card was charged $499.95 without my knowledge or approval. I never received an invoice. I have had to cancel my credit card as protection from fraud.
Tip for consumers:
Steer clear of the International Society of Female Professionals!

This was membership in a "professional society" that turns out to be a scam.
I don't understand why they are unable to refund after 20+ days. Considering I have cancelled right after hanging up reading reviews that it is a trap.
If I don't see a refund today will proceed with action for not just refund
THeir phone number does not get picked up by anyone. They have been charging me for mystery charges for 2 years and have never reimbursed me as they said they would. Do not give them your CC information because they will use it monthly and you will never get them to stop billing.

Don't trust the International Society of Professional Women (ISPF)! On December 6th, I paid them a discounted rate of $399.95 for membership. I just found out that the regular rate is $500 for a Corporate membership, not for the individual membership of $75. I told the woman I was unemployed and she "discounted" it to the lower rate. On January 6th and again on February 6th they put through more credit card charges of $49.99 each month.
They've done nothing they promised and now they're charging my credit card AGAIN three months later for $389.95, and another charge of $49.99!
I've reported them to my credit card company for fraud!
They're crooks and once they get your credit card number they keep charging it without authorizations!
Don't EVER give them any information or credit card numbers!
Tip for consumers:
Beware! They'll tell you how much their organization will help you with networking and job searches and you'll get ZERO help or connections for your money. Then, they'll keep on charging you every couple of months for NOTHING! Zero value for this shady organization that purports to be women helping other women!

They claim a 1 time LIFETIME membership for 199 dollars. THIS IS A SCAM. They have apparently been charging me 39.99 a month for 13 months. I signed up in Feb 2021 and Starting in may they began charging me. It's an account I don't use as often so I didn't notice. Then they apparently charged me 399.95 in Feb of 2022 which I didn't notice because I got covid right around then and just haven't been working as much. So all told, not including the 199 that I DID agree to (stupidly thinking they were legit) they have charged me 1220 dollars in the past 18 months! Guess what, they don't answer the phone and haven't returned my email.

I don't know if this is an actual company or not, but either way, they get your information and charge you hundreds of dollars you never agreed to pay. I am beyond angry right now. Save yourself a HUGE hassle and stay away from the ISFP.

It was supposed to be membership to a female professional networking organization. They were supposed to publish a bio and send a certificate. The ONLY thing they have delivered on was the profile on their membership website, but there is scant info on it and there is no way to even search or contact other members to network. Additionally, I was told there was the initial membership fee, which was fine, but they have charged an additional $40 per month, plus two additional $500 charges. I was never told about any of this or sent an invoice. I've had to freeze my credit card now to stop the charges because no one answers when I've called.
I came across them on LinkedIn, and after a lengthy interview - they called me in the Netherlands - I was so excited. I took the life-long membership and was also told it's a one-off payment. Then I found more reviews and articles. They already charged $199. I have canceled my card, but Visa says they cannot stop the payments if it turns out to be a subscription, and it will be a lengthy process to get it stopped and get subsequent charges refunded. This payment cannot be reversed, unfortunately. I tried to access the website of BBB but keep getting an error code. Does anybody have good advice?
Warning: Avoid the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP). Fraud, fraud, fraud. They charged us US$500 out of the blue, apparently because they just felt like it. They started with an unauthorized US$39.99 charge a few weeks after the initial service contact. Then, six months later, they processed another unauthorized charge, this time for US$499.99. They get your credit card number and just milk it for all they can. When you try to get your money back, you're told "Please allow 15-18 business days for the refund." Fat chance. Read the complaints on the BBB site. Again, avoid The International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP).
I applied online to join as I thought it was great for networking, so I completed all the application details and sent it off. Today 7th July at 3.30pm I received a call from a very nice gentleman ( So I thought) Went through everything, he offered me a lifetime membership for $299 or an annual membership for $199 I was nearly sucked into it until, I realised the amount of times he was trying to get me to commit to the membership, no matter what questions I asked the answer was well when you are a member, you will get all the answers once you have your log in details... and again pressured me for membership. I then brought up this page on my computer and all I said to him was, I am reading your reviews online. He put the phone down on me... This has to be some sort of scam, otherwise he would have defended his company...

I applied for membership in theisfp.com from a linkedin ad and just got my interview call. They asked personal questions and for my credit card which I gave without googling the organization. I was offered a lifetime membership for $299 USD or 5-year at $199 USD, but they would give me lifetime for the 5-year value. After I hung up I was feeling uneasy about it and thats when i googled them finding that they are indeed a scam. I called them back immediately to cancel the transaction and the lady promised it will be cancelled and info sent to my email, so waiting... and praying they cancel and refund. Can't believe i was so gullible on this... If you are reading this i pray you have not made any commitments yet. Do not give your personal or credit card info, it is a scam.

I was employed with ISFP for a very short period of time and trained by Chelsea Shaw although, it is unclear if that is her real name or not - she is listed on Linkedin this way, however. During training, Chelsea told all employees they had to use a fake last name before and after asking for payments from applicants - it is 100% scripted that everyone gets in - there are no stipulations aside from your willingness to provide your personal CC information over the phone and that minute. Nothing will be provided to you in writing prior to your payment - if you feel uncomfortable (as you should) there is a rebuttal for every possible scenario - they want your money and that is it.
I also fell for this scam because the advertising was convincing enough. Then when I applied had to go through a lengthy phone interview to be confirmed, so I thought this was legit. Then I signed up for a lifetime membership for USD 199/- in June 2021.
Then I recommended them to a friend based overseas and they ended up doing the same interview (very scripted indeed) and charged her 3 times more for the lifetime membership because she was based int he Middle East and I am in Canada.
Then I realized that my card was charged for no apparent reason and without authorization from me int he months of September and October for approx USD 40/- deductions each month.
I just wrote an email for a full credit of these bogus charges. Never used their site, never contacted them for anything nor have they ever contacted me before charging my card again from September.
BEWARE and please DO NOT fall for this SCAM site.

They charged my CC with a suddent USD 500 for not reason. When I sent them an email they replied that this charge was for a 'press release' following a telephone conversation I supposedly had with a certain doctor. Obviouly this never took place! They replied that the amount will be refunded. Nothing... it has been 3 (!) months now and they are not replying to my emails nor anwering my phonecalls. I am now in contact with my bank to report the fraud and stop them from charging my CC again!
