Why do all the reviews indicate the reps were nice in solving problems? Shouldn't the reviews be positive about the purchase and product received?

We comment about how nice the reps are about solving problems because they have so many problems!

Buyer beware I find the positive reviews questionable at best
Like they say anyone can post a review...
Items that arent authentic are sold here they cannot and do not have the ability to authenticate every item I know from experience
