Sorry company. My wife ordered me a blue and white police robe and its been over a week and they dont have the common courtesy of giving her a status or tracking number after a week. Should have known this was a Canadian Co. Dont buy from them!
Ordered a blanket from this company. 4 weeks later product is lost. Company said give it a couple more weeks. USPS said they never received package. Had to resort to credit card dispute to get my money back
Tip for consumers:
Run. Do not use this company

I was so excited about this dress. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The material is cheap, the sewing is horrible, I got it custom sized and it doesn't even fit. I'm beyond furious. DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE
Sadly I was one of those who was caught up in the moment of finding a "great deal", and wasn't careful! This Shop (Thin Blue Line SHOP) is NOT what it appears to be!
I complained about the substandard product, hoping to return and get a refund, and sadly, not only did I not get the opportunity - they sent me a coupon to purchase more C*&% from them!
What a rip off!
Avoid at all costs!
I bought my item on their website. When i requested an exchange they stated that my own was customized and a refund or exchange wasn't available. How is choosing an item from their website customized.
What a rip off.
Sent the following to Thin Blue Line and they never responed: I am about to submit the following complaint to my Visa card company: I purchased a $28.46 item from THIN BLUE LINE SHOP once on Oct 6th. I never purchased anything else from them, I never even visited their web site again. But, they have subsequently been charging my credit car an additional $12.95 every month, around the 5th or 6th of each month. This is FRAUD.
I hope this was a mistake on your part and will resolve this quickly.
I too was ripped off by these imposters. My son and nephew are both police officers, so I ordered a few gifts for the both of them. Shorted me on two hoodies and they do not respond to emails. What a shame that they pretend to be friends of police and rip people off! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks!
What can I say about an item from this company that I never received? It has been six weeks since I ordered a pair of boots from this company for my wife. Initially I emailed them about the lengthy amount of time it was taking and Anna emailed me back stating that their items are custom made and that their website clearly says it could take as long as 3-5 weeks. I wrote another email to the company after I had read some horrible reviews from other customers on the Better Business Bureaus website, mostly for the same issue that I was experiencing. Anna responded again and merely sent me that tracking information (or rather, the lack of information) that I already had. Supposedly their shipping partner has had the package for over four weeks now just sitting in a warehouse. Well it's been past their deadline and I have yet to receive any further updates. Clearly shipping and delivering items is an issue for this company, based upon the number of complaints they've received. I will not be ordering items from them again and I expect they will refund my money for the item, but sadly not for the unnecessary time I've invested in seeking a resolution
I received two stickers which were not worth the price. Second my package was to be at my residence and now it is pending shipment at the post office.
After looking around, I came across what claimed to be a family owned business. I purchased a jacket on November 28,2018 to insure Christmas delivery. Immediately, you get bombarded with emails from a Nicole Pennington about extolling how they are family owned. On December 4, the item was purportedly shipped. I contacted the company on December 11,2018. To date, I have NOT received the item or a replacement item and it's now December 18,2018. There is no phone number to contact the company. You can only email their support line. The company claimed that they were in the process of getting another jacket out to me but they are made to order (presumably by magic elves in China). Still no jacket. You just get emails from an Anna Laing, asking you to be patient, despite misleading you constantly knowing that you are never going to get the item, let alone in time for Christmas. I asked for a refund several times and all Anna does is run interference and say that she will update you when she gets any information. Are you KIDDING me? What happened to a family owned business? Where is this Nicole Pennington sending out all of these emails? Where is the customer support that is supposed to help customers instead of constant misrepresentations and runarounds? But 16 emails later with me constantly asking for a refund, I am still refused despite not receiving what I paid for. This site is a total scam. Do NOT do business with them. But your officers and law enforcement officials gifts elsewhere. You will save yourself a headache, frustration, time and embarrassment.
I have contacted them 4 times for a tank top I ordered. I ordered an XL, normally I wear a large. It does not fit right and no one will respond to make this right.
