This company cannot be trusted... stay away. They are bad news.

Because I sent in 575.00 worth of clothes and recieved 8.00 in credit, half of them had tags still on them and were high priced items. When I asked for proof why they did not take them in they said they had stains on them. I asked for pics because they were brand new, they squirted water on them and took a pic. It takes a couple months to even get your credit and when you buy womens clothes, half the time I was sent stained or childrens sized clothes, TWICE is a much better company.

Don't bother, If you return it you will probably never get your money back. Do Not Trust This Company. Not to buy from and not to sell too.

I would contact someone at your local bank branch. I had a problem at another website where my bank info was hacked and unauthorized charges made to my account. The nice account manager at the local bank made one phone call and the charges were removed from my account. Bank employees have direct routes to solving problems that we don't!

I had $6 finally released to my account(after several weeks waiting) that I could use for purchase on Thread UP or transfer to Paypal. I would NEVER order anything from them! Scam, scam, scam!

I want to buy something from here, but i am very iffy about it. I have a 10$ off code and the shipping is only 2.99$ Good deal, but it seems too good to be true? Is this site 100% legit? Who has actually bought from here?

I am sorry I cant help you with this question. I have purchased from them twice. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. I received them in a timely manner & excellent condition.

They gave me a site credit and rather quickly... honestly, you would make more donating the clothes, then writing them off on your taxes. Absolutely not worth the effort.

You go to thred up and click on sell and enter your information and thred up send you a bag and it's prepaid so you don't paid for shipping. Than thred up sales your clothes online and you can keep your profit to buy on thred up or ask for your money.

I have purchased from the site and was very happy with the things I bought. Also I was happy with the first bag I sent to them. However, the other bags that I sent in, none of my items were ever listed. I checked all items sent in very carefully and was disappointed that none were accepted. I know I followed their guidelines to the letter. I'd say be wary of the site. Is getting $10.00 off something worth your risk of being disappointed or feeling scammed?

It's legit. I but from here all the time. I have only ever returned 2 items over the last year and 6-8 boxes full of clothes. And I onlyvretyrned them because they didn't fit right. Quality and cleanliness is excellent. They don't take dirty, stained clothes.
