In 20 years of trying mascaras, nothing has made my lashes prettier than Thrives lash extender. It doesn't smear when it comes off and it's the longest my lashes have every been. Try it and see what I mean!
I contacted Thrive Causemetics to advise 3rd party is selling their products that are no good. I advised I didn't want a refund just to talk about the situation. The agent Melody was awful no empathy or sorry at first she said this That is third pary person we only sell via our website. If you purchase it from someone or somewhere else we cannot honor any returns or refunds. Again I told her I don't want refund just to make them aware of situation and bad make up. She then said says: you would need to go back to the seller, since it wasn't purchased directly from our website. I then advised her that her customer service skills have no empathy or apologies and that due to this I won't be buying from them any further due to her. She said I listened to your issue, and I'm sorry you experienced that. But like I said we only sell via our website. The only thing I can do is redirect you back to where you purchased it. So if you want good customer service you will not receive from this company. The conversation from her side I copied and pasted they are legit from our conversation. Thrive needs to improve their relationship skills. I will no longer buy from them or tell others about them. I will tell people that customer service with this company is awful.

I purchased the highly touted Liquid Lash Extensions mascara (brown black) after carefully reviewing the product and pouring over dozens and dozens of reviews. I am so sad to report that the mascara was absolutely awful. It went on clumpy and when I sweat it literally slid off all over my face. I carefully selected this product based on the description provided so absolutely did NOT expect it to handle a workout so poorly. Let alone go on so absolutely clumpy. Major disappointment. However, that's nothing new for me so that alone is not driving this bad review. The reason for my poor review is due to my experience with their customer service. They literally told me sorry, we don't have anything for you and here is the link to return it.
No suggestions (even when aksed for something) no alternatives, nothing but being ghosted by "Jocelyn O." I will NOT use this company again specifically because of how she handled my chat.

I'm not sure why this company only has 2.5 stars since I've had nothing but good experiences. They are prompt with shipping, the products perform and if they don't they replace it immediately. The extension mascara is excellent!

I love thrive causemetics. The mascara and eyeliner especially is great. It stays on all day and never smudges. I like the idea if you buy one, they give one to charity. Its an all natural product. I'm allergic to certain products, but this did not bother me at all. I would highly recommend.
I ordered three of the eye brightened sticks, the cost of almost $100, but since I read all the positive reviews on their site, I thought I would take a chance and spend the money. Two of the three sticks will not twist up as they are supposed to to reveal more of the stick to use. So after a week they are flat and nothing but garbage. Pretty expensive garbage in my opinion, won't be doing that again. Oh, all those positive reviews look good, but now I know they don't post any of the negative, I wrote a review on their site and it has never been posted.
While the products are okay, the company itself is full of ageism. Their focus is one-size-fits-all, which couldn't be farther from the truth for skin over 40.
My comments calling them out on this on social media are deleted within 24 hours.

I purchased thrive Liquid lash extensions mascara and it is amazing! It goes on light and makes lashes go on forever. I also purchased the mate lip gloss shine and after buying hundreds of lipglosses looking for the right shade I have found the perfect one. And to top it off, my orders came within days of ordering. Fantastic products and Company!

I purchased two tubes of Thrive eyebrow gel. After a few uses, the brush at the end of the wand came off inside the tube and was unretrieveable, so I opened the second tube. The brush never made it out of the tube; a brushless wand stem was all I had. As much as Thrive charges for this stuff, you'd think they could make a wand that wouldn't render the product immediately unusable. I've bought my last product from Thrive.

I ordered the Mascara and the Bright Eye Brightener.
First time i wore the mascara it itched occassionally. At night, i removed it as i usually do and in the morning, I awoke to crusty eyes. I have not had that in the past nor in the future. Luckily their stated policy is to accept refunds within 30 days but i had to pay the shipping.
The Brightener is okay. It goes on easily but a lot is needed to get the effect.
As a side note: i did share these experiences on their site but oddly enough, they were never posted
I have ordered and I am still enjoying the mascara which extends the lashes with little fibers. I love how it looks on. I like to tap the excess off on a clean towel, and apply without stopping until it's perfect. And, yes, occasionally it's not. I have a mascara comb. But, that happens with every mascara & I'm very perfectionistic about my mascara.
I also have the brow color Merida which actually adds semi permanent color to my brows. I have not used it in the past 2 weeks due to being sick. I believe they lost some color during that time. I live the auburn color. I used to get my eyebrows dyed and I stopped after I found this.
I now want their eye brightening pencils. But, I want like 2. I am waiting a bit, because I love makeup and skincare. I could go nuts buying this stuff
But, the ingredients impress me. I watch ingredients very carefully. It has paid off over the years. It matters what's in what we put on our face.
I like that the products are cruelty free and seem to support many causes I enjoy supporting. They have a deal where you can "create your own collection" of products, but you buy three. So, I think I am going to wait until I need more mascara, and start buying products only in threes. So, eye brightening pencils, I see you!

I CAN'T GET OUT OF THEIR "PUT EMAIL ADDRESS HERE" SCREEN SO I CAN ORDER. I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR OVER 25 MINUTES NOW. I THINK I'M FINALLY THERE AND BOOM...RIGHT BACK TO THE "PUT YOUR EMAIL HERE" SCREEN! So you just lost any potential business from me or anyone who mentions you to me because I'm gonna do my best to talk them out of buying. I sent a note "Directly" to Thrive Customer Service but they needed my credit card number to charge me one dollar to connect me to their Service Department. I call B.S. On you, you product, your customer service et al! I was REALLY looking forward to trying your stuff. Oh well, Drugstore cosmetics here I come.

I have used their smudge-proof eyeliner pencils for years now, and I love the quality and colors. I'm using the lipliners now, too, and they are long-lasting.

PEOPLE CHECK THESE REVIEWS SPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO USE THE PRIORITY SHIPPING -https://www.trustpilot.com/review/thrivecausemetics.com. They do not specify the days in the section when you are paying for it...so you would think that would take1 to 3 business days as every priority mail. But then they have those specifications in another section to make it tricky. I felt disrespected as a client as these other people.
Love their makeup! Quality. Shipping. Prices could be a bit lower but all in all... to me it's well worth the money! Thank you thrive

I ordered $700 worth of Thrive cosmetics and paid for priority shipping because I needed to be to me by Christmas 2022. I purchased them a week before Christmas so I assumed priority shipping means next day or second day air etc. when I did not receive the products, I emailed customer service and try to cancel my order because I needed them specifically before Christmas. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with Thrive cosmetics. The "customer service" department is terrible. They sent me an email saying that they have refunded my priority shipping fee that I paid, but that my order couldn't be canceled because it was being "processed". Huh? I have no tracking number. They have not sent me any proof that anything has been shipped yet. They were refusing to cancel the order! I got an email today saying that the products will be here in a week! They will be promptly sent back for a refund and I hope that doesn't take forever to process. It's like this company is operated by a drunk teenager living in her parents house. Who knows where the stuff is manufactured and why it takes so long to get it shipped!?

EDIT: After I posted this review, I got a nice email from somebody named Zoe at thrive. She seems so nice and accommodating and said when I receive the package that I can just send it back for a full refund or keep items that I would like and send the rest back. She told me to email her when I receive the products and she would send me a return shipping label, I did exactly as she asked and got a generic response from the company asking for "more information"! Where was nice Zoe? I responded and have not heard back for days. This company enrages me - they completely suck and their stuff is average at best in cheap packaging
The lip balm I ordered that was supposedly moisturizing was dry and chalky. Super disappointed. It was $30 and worth noting.
