From the way they do their business, probably a scam

Not delivered! And nobody to talk, nobody knows where is my staff went

Well I paid a hefty delivery charge for a dress for my daughter's birthday, which was promised within 6-10 days and has not turned up 18 days later. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer. Think my daughter and her friends have also got the message.

SCAM, they steal your money and don't send your order!

Legit company but has a terrible returns policy do not buy from them.

It's not a scam but beware if you pick the wrong size you're stuck with it they do not allow exchanges.
That was enough for me to not buy from them again.
