I purchased a dress for my granddaughter and it just didn't fit well, so I immediately figured I would return and get a refund, wrong. First of all, you have to go to their site and send an email requesting a return number along with a form that needs to be filled out. Also, they provide details on their return policy, which indicates that you will only receive an online store credit as they do not provide refunds. I would have been okay with that, but then you have to pay the shipping cost (cheapest was $23.50) to return the item and then when something new is purchased once again you are paying for the shipping. The original purchase was $80.00 and if you add up all the shipping (approx. $55) it isn't worth returning. That is how their money is made. We will be donating the dress to some charity rather than give this company more money.

Their clothing is so cute but I had no idea about their shipping policy. If you get any taxes or duties on your shipment and you choose to refuse delivery and expect that it will be returned back and you will receive a full refund, that is not the case. They are the first company I have seen that will not refund any returned parcels that you refused to pay taxes on. I think that is so ridiculous considering their target audience is young adults who don't make that much money. So if we are getting a bunch of taxes and duties on our order that we can't afford to pay we should have the option to be able to return the parcel and get a refund.

Only shop here if every piece of clothing on their site is what you like as otherwise you can get in a 'buy and return' loop like me as they only do a store credit. I loved one pair of their pants but they were a size too big for me and they never got the smaller stock in so I've tried to get other things but nothing really is my style. Each time I order, I always get hit with a shipping fee even if the order is significantly less than my money back coupon.

This organization is a joke, on the verge of being scammers. They have the most outdated returns policy and have zero consideration for their customers. It's shocking boutiques like this can operate how they do. You're better off shopping through reputable companies such as ASOS and The Iconic. It's only a matter of time before boutiques like this crumble, they all sell the same junk you can find on cheap online stores. Stay away.

Have one of the most horrible experience shopping with this company. Did you ever heard about a company where they put your address on the package wrong and ship it out to the wrong address but then said it's the customer fault because per their own customer service words "once customer finalize the purchase they waived the right to have any compensate if package is lost or stolen". Yeah me neither. With that mean is when you purchase something and you put your address for example in Sydney, if this company somehow put New Zealand on the package and ship it over there they will not take responsible for that and you will not be refunded. So yeah, take my horrendous experience and stay away from this site ladies

I bought a bike short set on this site the top is fine but the shorts are way too big they are not allowing me to exchange them for a smaller size now I have a pair of shorts that I don't know what to do with. I've never known a company to do this I will not be purchasing from here again.
No compromising no customer service it's actually pathetic. They blame it on the fact that the shorts are on sale that's literally irrelevant. I didn't even ask for a refund literally just an exchange and they would not accept. Should've just bought it from city beach at least I can exchange there.

I thought hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from this online retailer. With my first purchase I returned an item for a full refund and only received a store credit and was told that they could not give me a refund. The second time I returned two items in brand new condition with the tags attached because they did not fit. I was sent an email saying that these items could not be returned because they had stains on them. They also refused to send the items back to me and offered no proof of the stains. These items were brand new never worn and never even tried on because I ordered multiple sizes and kept a different size. I have never had this issue with any online retailer! A total scam!

Ordered over a week ago (big order worth hundreds of $). Still have not received shipping information, even though it says 1-3 days shipping. Have contacted them multiple times via email, their website, and instagram, not one of my messages have been responded to. If you read the comments on their instagram, so many people seem to have this problem. Won't be buying from them ever again, and I'm scared I have been scammed.

Updated: Their email replies are literally just automated and copied and pasted stuff from their website faqs. Such bad customer service from such a popular brand

Extremely difficult and very poor customer service. The return window is very short and they are unwilling to work with you. I can most definitely say that this company does not care about their customers at all! Considering their merchandise is inferior and the quality of their products are subpar you would think they would have excellent customer service to keep you coming back to purchase more( that's how proper customer service works) wink-wink! Please shop elsewhere if you would like decent customer support as well as decent product! You'll thank me! I promise!

Really unhappy. Bought things during a Boxing Day sale. On the site I saw up the top free returns during january' and thought awesome if I need to exchange anything I can do it for free, wow. Not the case. It had to be on full priced items not sale or promotional ones. Even though the whole site had a sale on which meant even full priced items were 40% off. So a top and skirt I bought i've wasted my money on because I can not exchange for a different size, also in my purchases I bought a set with a skirt and top to go together and the top fit but not the skirt so I have nothing to wear to match/go with it now. Will definitely read the fine print on clothing sights now. Very misleading site. Never had a large company/brand online not do any form of return/exchange/store credit for a sale item before.

Horrible company. The sizes on the size chart don't actually reflect the clothing sizes. I made measurements and made an order based on their size charts. The clothes didn't fit and I asked for a return / refund and Tiger Mist customer service said " We're sorry in order to be fair to our customers we have the right not to allow refunds for certian orders. ". I'm stuck with a dress that didn't match the size chart and had the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time

I bought two items from Tiger Mist that I wasn't at all happy with. Ended up returning one and the other was lingerie and so I couldnt. But as I was exploring their website again, I noticed they used my own name to post an "awesome, super happy" review on the lingerie set that obviously was not me! The review was posted after I had physically received my parcel and has a badge "Verified Buyer". Yes I bought the product but they are making fake reviews using REAL customer's details! This is absolutely deceiving and wrong!

Alexis is the worst customer service lady I've ever had the chance to deal with. I have proof of her ignoring my emails on my claim and she responded back a month later saying I never followed up. When I sent her the proof she ignored my claim and closed my dispute.

I ordered a dress online on 20 Feb for my daughter's 16th birthday. Am still awaiting delivery, waaaaaay too late. Was advised at point of purchase that my order would arrive in 6-10 days.The payment was taken immediately from my account. 18 days later and still no dress. Do not buy from this company.

I don't understand all the negative reviews that since site gets, I've ordered with them twice recently this June and I've received all my packages within 2 weeks (I live in Canada). The quality of the clothing is decent and the clothes look exactly like the pictures! I also love the fact that they don't ship with DHL so I don't have to worry about extra duty fees on top of my order, will definitely shop with them again!

I just bought 60$ worth of clothes. Their shipping fees are 15$ and i always get duty&tax when i order with Tiger Mist because of the services they use. So an additionnal 40$! For only 60$ worth of clothes i have to pay 55$ just to get it ship to Canada? It's too much

I ordered from Tiger Mist TWO MONTHS ago and have still not received any package. I have contacted them numerous times and only when threatening court action did I get a reply to say it was shipped and they are unable to track it to wait another month or so and then contact them again. After spending so much money plus paying for a tracking delivery that promised to be with me in 5
Working days they literally have zero customer service skills. Do NOT order from them. They have so many bad reviews on the insta and FB that they keep deleting.

I have had the most terrible experience with tiger mist. Their customer service is an absolute joke, disgusting company. Shipping is expensive and awful. They took a ridiculous amount of time to dispatch and refused to answer any of my emails concerning the time crunch. When it finally did ship it has taken way longer to get here and the import and duty fees were almost more than my actual purchase. I will NEVER order from tiger mist again. Save yourself a headache and buy from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Spent nearly $300 on clothing and received the $#*!test quality of clothing I've ever seen. I am a size 8 and have never had issues with clothing, all items were TINY. The dress didn't even cover but but. WORST of all they don't even offer refunds so now I'm stuck with a voucher that I will never want to use.

I live in NJ in United States and i ordered my dress thursday and got it that monday. The dress is EXACTLY how i wanted it to be and how i pictured it. Makes my body look so good and i'm just so happy to wear it to homecoming. I love it and so do my all my friends. I would attach pictures but it doesn't give it its justice

I place an order the 5 of may and arrives the 1 of june to Spain, I paid 40 por 2 pieces and then to recieve it 25 more of taxes, so totally I paid 65 for a top and a short! I will never place an order on this page

I was hesitant to buy clothes from here as the models have completely different body types to me so was not sure the clothes would fit or suit me. So I started off just buying a top and some bikinis, which I was very happy with the quality & fit so I bought some underwear & 2 dresses. All of them fit perfectly and I thought they were of good quality. One dress I tried on had a manufacturing fault in the strapping causing it to be tangled so I emailed their support with a photo, they asked for a video and I send it plus another photo. They were quick to respond & offered me a refund or store credit - I was concerned about having to pay for shipping again so I asked them if I would be required to pay for the shipping to replace the same item. The lovely customer service shipped out a new item straight away so I didn't need to pay for any shipping and the new dress arrived this morning & is perfect. I am very happy with my experience buying from Tiger Mist and will be continuing to buy from them.

Very upsetting that after promised 3 days delivery, I still did not have my parcel after a month passed. And there's nobody to talk to! I send couple e- mails, which were not answered
