Used tire rack several times now. Very easy to shop and compare, schedule an appointment and get new tires for what I know are competitive prices. I've done both mobile install and ship to a nearby store, both are equally convenient depending on what your preference or availability is.
I tried to create a wheel/tire package. I selected the wheels, then went to add tires, and it wouldn't work. I finally figured out that if I go shop for wheels separately it will add them to the package. This took forever for no reason, it must have taken an hour of trying all kinds of things before finding that solution. Then, I chose to have them mounted and balanced and shipped to me. They never confirmed this at checkout, so now I have wheels tires and sensors coming and I have no idea if they're really coming ready to put on the car or not. I'm a little bit pissed off at that, but the price was good lol

All went well with prior purchases. This time there was a glitch with online ordering. When I was supposed to get the payment options page I instead got something about there being a problem, try again later or call. I tried again several times later in the day and with different browsers etc. Kind of frustrating. I gave it one more try this morning (12/6) and it worked fine.

Prices for tires are incredible. The service is A1. Plus you get a free road hazard warranty. Believe it or not it is an amazing perk that can save your pocket when unexpected issues arise like it happened to me.

My brother referred me to Tire Rack (I'm a girl who doesn't know much about tires). Wanted to change out my run-flat tires for All Season tires. The TR website was very user-friendly and had everything I needed to solidify my research. Check-out was easy. Tires arrived at my dealership very quickly. Price was reasonable. This is the second time I've ordered from Tire Rack and both experiences were very pleasant. Highly recommend Tire Rack!

I've ordered 3 or 4 sets of tires over the last few years. Easy to use website. The reviews from other customers really help with 1st time decision making on tires I've never tried. My orders have all been either ultra performance summer tires or ultra performance a/s. Really been happy with tire rack. Keep up the good work.

I purchased 4 tires 2 years ago. 2 tires were damaged due to road contraction and needed replaced. The tires I originally purchased were no longer available. Started a CHAT with Tucker and he recommend a compatible tire. Easy, fast and I saved over $400 compared to what Monro was going to charge me.

A friend recommended tire rack, saying it was his go to place for all tire info...and I've now used you twice for tires. The worst part of ordering is this survey...it always errors out when trying to submit...the survey is awful. The question on should we follow up with yes / no...it won't let you select anything...

Last week I made this order, it was to be delivered today, paid by PayPal. Today I went to see what time it was being delivered and no order shows up anywhere. All of my email was erased from my phone beyond 3 days and nothing showing for order from PayPal. Evidently when I hit pay with PayPal, all the extra hoops you have to go through I did not finish the order.
So maybe you guys should make this ordering online a little easier and less b.s. I should not have to enter my address and phone numbers 3 times when it is correct on my account page.

I find your tire reviews to be the least bias in my research. I purchased the Mich- Cross Climate 2. You research was spot on. These tire are great and since our travels are from MA to northern VT every other week, they are perfect in bad weather. Purchasing a second set for my wife's Volvo today!
Volvo in my area (Natick MA) could not get the Cross Climate 2 from their suppliers. So I am ordering them and will bring them over to install, balance and align. Added benefit is that I saved $50 a tire by ordering myself.

Had a problem with damaged wheels, not packed properly. That was resolved. Also, never received a rebate from manufacturer on a set of tires. Rate 4.5 if I could. Have bought many tires, continue to do so.

As I was purchasing larger tires for my truck I need all of the specifications. I was able to easily navigate their website and find exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic selection and couldn't ask for more from customer service. After the order they called and made sure I understood the tires I purchased were larger. Delivery was faster than the local tire shops. Prices seem to be in line with everyone else.

This is at least my second TireRack order. It is very convenient to have the large number of tires you have available at the push of a button. I also appreciate the review information. My only beef is not with TireRack. I have found the rebates unreliable when mailed in. I don't recall whether they were Continentals or Goodyears, but I never got the rebate from my last purchase. It would be helpful if all rebates were converted to instant savings. I realize this is probably not TireRack's call.

I've been buying my tires at Tire Rack for years, I think I first learned about Tire Rack from ads in Road & Track pre-internet. They consistently have the best selection, best testing data & prices. As long as you have a local installer, I don't know why you'd want to buy your tires anywhere else.
