Absolutely shocking experience! Over 2 weeks late collecting my vehicle. I'm now in TX, moved half way across the country. Every day, same thing "I'll call you later today once I confirm a driver". Yet to receive a call from them. I keep calling and get same results. They even removed my request from the system at one point. Claimed to have called me several times with a driver which was a compete lie. Never received a single call from them. Every time you call you'll get some one who barely speaks English which makes it even more frustrating. Over all a shambles of a company.

I thought that there would not be enough space for my pickup truck, but it was loaded without any problems at all. I liked the approach of employees to solving my problem. Very professional workers, starting from the manager finishing with the driver. I'm 100% satisfied with your work!

A friend of mine has a large collection of restored classic cars. Actually, he sells some of them and I liked one - Studebaker Lark (1960). I decided that if the car will not fall apart during the trip from California to Texas, I would buy it. I thought it could be nice to ride from one state to another on an exclusive Studebaker, but this old car is not convenient for long journeys. So true... Then I preferred to return it. Even though the car was picked up and dropped off 3 days later than told, driver was nice and easy to reach. Car was in same shape I left it in, just a little dusty but understandable. They may have good reviews and but they are bait and switch. The quote you a good rate and then when you are entering your credit card information all of a sudden there is a book fee. You speak with what appears to be a foreign call center - everyone I spoken with appeared to be of Indian or a similar decent but had name like Bob, Sally, Carrier, or Paul. This is a sad business practice.
