Can you please advise what is happening with Toluna, not receiving any surveys and not able to make contact with them

Hi Ian! General errors may happen from time to time on any digital platform, but clearing cookies and cache can sometimes resolve the issue. As an alternative, you can try accessing your account from another browser: for best results try the latest versions of either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
