Each time i am continuing through the survey it loses it's connection. i check my end and everything is connected and ok? why does this happen?

A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, internet connections, etc., and not all of these are necessarily compatible with the technology of a particular survey. Can you please advise what is happening with toluna, not receiving any surveys and not able to make contact with them
