Scammers. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a replacement Bosch strimmer battery in March that didn't work. I explained that I was out of the country but that I would just about be able to return it within the 30 days. They suggested that I would also need a new charger as the battery probably wouldn't work with the old Bosch charger. They promised that if they still didn't work together then I would be able to return everything for a refund.
They don't work and the company are ignoring my emails regarding their return and a refund.
20 days after purchasing a battery on the premise it would be sent using Royal Mail Fast Shipping as displayed on their website still not received.
Following raising a complaint through PayPal, appears to be a company based in Hong Kong, and using Hermes World international shipping.
They provide a tracking reference in an attempt to indicate the item has shipped, but the tracking reference has remained static on "Order placed" since the order was placed 20 days ago.
They responded saying the item would be here next week, another 7 days, but the tracking reference is still indicating the item has not been received by the courier company.
Basically, beware, don't buy from this company, and don't bother emailing them either to make enquiries, nothing but lies. They use a mixture of email addresses as well, their own website domain, Outlook.com, and hotmail.com, save yourself the hassle, don't bother with them.
