I live in Canada. 3 weeks and counting have passed and I still don't have my order. What should I do ? I've tried 3 times to contact the Customer Service Team and they never replied. Should I wait ? Should I ask for a refund (how?) ?

Did your order ever arrive? I'm in the same boat. Customer service is outstandingly horrible. Cannot see a number to call from Canada either.
