I ordered the same thing on June 12,2019. I have never heard from them. I tried email, calling NOTHING! They charged my account $70. Ripped off

I need to return a pair of boots i bought and i don't like them. i am confused how to send them back foot a refund. please help. i am in the us.

Answer:

Well I send my items back using the shipping label which was provided in the box. I never got refund. I will say don't bother. They are out of business in USA and they obviously don't care anymore.

I live in canada. 3 weeks and counting have passed and i still don't have my order. what should i do ? i've tried 3 times to contact the customer service team and they never replied. should i wait ? should i ask for a refund (how?) ?

Answer:

Did your order ever arrive? I'm in the same boat. Customer service is outstandingly horrible. Cannot see a number to call from Canada either.
