The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I was told it's a status thing on who's dominant. Your tips worked great. Thank you so very much.
I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I'm not sure if that has worked or made a difference for anyone else but it truly did for me. Thank you for free tips and advice. I'd not be fortunate enough to have something like this otherwise.
Train Pet Dog all made sense from day one. My Jack Russell Sadie did not lack any training efforts. The fact was she learned to seek attention by exactly the mistakes we made. Exactly what is talked about in this training.
I truly appreciate the assistance in training and grooming our newest additional to our family. It's been a long while since we've had a dog and I feel like this extra assistance has made all the difference. Highly recommended! Super helpful staff too!
I highly recommend! There were so many things I was doing wrong and thankfully I found the help I needed to correct and move forward in the right direct with my aussie puppy. Thank you so much for this free service
Nancy's tips and tricks with the guide to grooming has helped me and my dog a lot. I never knew being a dog owner carried so much responsibility, but grateful that I can start providing the care my pup deserves.
This was fantastic! Sally gave us so many ideas and things to try. She explained about all the three types of herding dogs that are in our dog and how to deal with each type. She helped us understand her mannerisms and how to get her to pay better attention to us.
Our dog doesn't pay attention to us and she chews the wood in our house. We learned tricks to help with attention and to teach "come" and to keep her mind and body interested and busy.
The things Sally told me make a lot of sense. I can understand how going from being crated 24/7 to total freedom in the house was not a very good idea. I like the way Sally explained to use the leash to guide him and give him better manners and to give me some control as he learns.
My dog poops and pees in the house and chews stuff up all the time. Sally said I need to keep him on his leash with me until he learns what he can and cannot do and teach him commands like "leave it" and "stay."
We got right to the point. I started talking she listened. Emily verbally gave me tips on my most prevalent problems with my puppy then follow up with very helpful emails.
Needs more sleep
Emily instilled confidence in me that I was doing well with what I was doing. However, in addition to this, she provided some guidance on what I could be doing to supplement with some additional tasks. I feel very empowered with these tools to continue the house breaking process.
Keeping him leashed within 6 feet. This will help me control and see the signs that my puppy needs to go out.
Absolutely! It’s worth every cent!
Just talking to Sally has made me feel so much better. She seems to think I am doing a good job with Tina and gave me a few tips to go with what I am doing.
Getting Tina spayed; Getting her to quit licking me all the time and quit humping me
Emily is very knowledgeable and helpful. She provided great information and tips to help with our ongoing puppy training. I'm so thankful for the call.
The importance of watching for littermate syndrome and how to work with them independently to help mitigate it from happening.
Absolutley! I have been telling everyone!
Emily was extremely helpful in her advice. I learned things I was doing correctly and things I need to change and work on to achieve desirable behaviors.
Emily said to stop at the door where I take my dog out and just stand quietly and wait for my dog to show me the signal the dog wants to use to let me know he wants to go outside to the bathroom.
Absolutely! I learned so much in the short time I had with Emily and she took time to answer my questions!
Great call! Emily gave me actionable items to work on that are really practical. And she followed up with an email full of resources. Best session we could have had. Thank you!
Working on play space vs calm space.
Yes! Very accessible and spot on guidance! It is really important to get timely guidance to address concerns before they become issues.
I learned a lot about herding dogs and their characteristics and was so encouraged by Sally.
We talked about her hyper-energy and how to get my husband and daughter to help with training her to settle down when they are here. We also talked about her and the new baby that will be spending time at our house.
Emily is a lifesaver marker training video was great and very helpful - she explained why we need various training and how much puppies just need sleep too

Redirecting and food training
This is a great service! We just adopted a 5-year-old dog and she has some habits I have never dealt with before, so it was really nice to talk to someone.
Barking and barking and not stopping when someone comes to the door
Emily explained things a little better on what we should be doing. It helped by breaking it down in different ways to train Max that seem simpler as to not make it overwhelming.
When Max is consistently not doing as told she might be tired and needs some crate time. I tried that when I got home today and as soon as I put her in the crate she crashed out and took an hour little nap. When she woke up, we went potty, and she was much calmer. I also got her a Kong toy and she loves it especially when I froze it great idea.
Yes, It's nice to know you have professional with you to help and answer even the smallest question, to help you and your puppy.
Like all of the other calls Emily gave us great ideas and tricks to use with our 5 month old German Shepherd. As ihave said before I just wish she was closer for hands on training
Our dog is great except when we are hiking on trails. Emily gave us the rationale for his behavior as well as how and why to correct it.
Ohh hell yes, if you are from the south you would recognize the emphasis! Emily is worth every dollar we have spent on the program

Working on Koda’s anxiety when I leave
Oh hell yes!
Emily is easy to talk to and has always given great advice and strategies. This along with the other perks of having a membership help
The use of a long leash instead of a retractable one.DEFINITELY
Definitely! This service and the training manual have been invaluable to training
Emily was great! This is our second call and we have had numerous email exchanges. She listens and comes up with a plan that helps us train our dog Koda. We only wish she was closer so we could have her do some hands on training!
The rest factor!
Do it! Emily answered all our concerns and gave us good suggestions and follow up videos to illustrate them.
I am very happy with the help Sally has given me, the things she has sent me, and the Boston Terrier Program I have received. I just wanted to check in with Sally and ask some questions about potty training as we go into the fall and winter in Alaska.
We talked about biting and grabbing onto my pant legs and how to distract the dogs from that

I had never heard of sibling syndrome and found all the information very helpful
The quick email responses were appreciated. The training/care manual for Dobermans looks interesting and I'd guess has some great information. I was sent a free general grooming ebook which has been helpful.
Emily was very supportive and answered each of my questions. She also gave examples and tips for me to use.
To use body language when training Bella.
I would recommend it. The training can keep you from giving conflicting signals.
I'm so glad I signed up for a call. I really enjoyed talking with Sally and she answered all my questions and made me feel like I am doing the right things.
My Lennon is chewing his feet and Sally said to wipe them off when he comes in from outdoors and see if that helps. If it does, he has pollen on his feet and may have allergies.
This was fantastic! We learned so much. We are excited to start the training Sally talked about with us.
Barking, peeing in the house, not listening
Emily called me to discuss Winstons' variable charector defects. Ie: peeing on my bed when I leave the home. He wads up the comforters and lets fly. This requires me to do loads of heavy laundry for 2 comforters that I have ontop of the bed.
Emily said that since he is two years old this habit is probably engrained in him. So she said to keep him off the bed I could put a cage around the doggie door that would prevent him from jumping up on the bed.
Another method would be to use a scat mat, place it ontop of the bed so that when he jumped on it he would feel a little prick or hear a little "snap " - like noise. And when he was permitted to get onto the bed to sleep with me at night or for naps, I could remove it.
The method I'm using is to fence him off. He can be left in the fenced area by the dog door and this method has worked so far.
Thank-you Emily for assisting me in my decisions of training my animal. Winston.
See above, Emily e-mailed me all of the suggestions so that I could refer back to them. By the way FYI, my dog listens to me discuss things with the trainer and seems to alter his behavior for the better after I've discussed him. I know this seems odd but that's why I made the call in the first place. I knew from past calls that the behavior improved and he seemed to be listening. Howerver, since he doesn't speak, I can't say for sure this is what is happening.
I am just thrilled with the training tips I got from Sally. They are simple and to-the-point and make a lot of sense. I am sure I can carry them out and will see good results.
Housetraining a 1.5 year old dog
We are new to this site we have a senior border collie and I discovered this site when we purchased our puppy, our Labradoodle to get some insight on helping us to get through the start of puppy years I have not formally signed up for a training course just being honest just not the right time right for us but I think it in my opinion that it could help us for now just not the right time I have been receiving free emails from Nancy every day and it's been very helpful information from behavioral issues to grooming I'm very happy with the communication. I'm sure that if I ever purchased this program that it would be a great asset to training new puppy this is just my opinion 🐾😊
Emily is ALWAYS great to talk to about any concerns I have with my Amora. She always includes an email with info and vildeos to help with any issues we discuss. I would highly recommend her to help anyone that has questions about their doggie!
She gave me great info and examples of how to begin good behavior/manners lessons by using the SMARTX50 system.
Absolutely, it really has helped me!

I learned a mental stimulation technique - scatter her food so she would have to find it - that will engage my doggie so she doesn't chew everything in sight.
Absolutely, everyone is very helpful and give great ideas for solutions.
