They offered the biggest discount and even offered low cost insurance on the reservation
The better rates are deceptive. I blame the hotels for contracting with them, too.
They had a cheaper rate for the hotel I wanted to stay at
They pretend they have better deals they lie, and they won't refund you even when it's there mistake
