How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at TuneFab?

Extremely easy. I worked with them for a 2.5 week period to get my program up and running. They were super helpful.

So why is it that spotify have suspended my access to spotify for using tunefab that i subscribed to and paid for, is this a scam, want my money back.

Hi TuneFab staff, when i convert some songs from spotify the program add 2 or 3 seconds of another song in front of it. What do i wrong?
Is TuneFab a scam or a legit company?
I am currently using the trial software and I have tried to convert a song and the completed file doesn't start at the beginning of the song.
