I've ordered a dress from milly bridal but can't get hold of anybody in there , and my order says processing wasn't sure what this means! Can anyone help !!!

I have sent them one ticket and they replied within 2 days. They said that means the dress is being made.

I am having the same problem emailed 4 times now and no answer. Getting concerned as lots of bad reviews. Wish I had seen these before ordering.
