So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.
Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.

Dress arrived a lot quicker than expected, wore this dress for prom and had so many compliments, fit me perfectly and didn't need any alterations made. 100% recommend buying occasion dresses from here!
Honestly, the website seemed skeptical at first, however my dress came in on time, approximately 16 days and when I tell you the dress came so beautifully, the quality was amazing and it was just perfect for prom. The price was worth the dress, customer service also responded quickly in less than 24 hours. My experience was amazing.

We tried this dress on in store but needed a size up. We ordered from Couture Candy that same day and it arrived about a week later. It fits perfectly! Would highly recommend this website!
Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.
I purchased this Prom Dress for my Daughter's School Prom in 2022. The measuring guide on the website is very helpful and the dress was true to size. From ordering to delivery was 4 weeks. Updates by email were great. Would highly recommend and I would use again.
The dress feels expensive and heavy but lightweight on the body. Its gorgeous and sparkly too, very different to other dresses! I picked custom sizing and it fit me perfectly with no issues so definitely worth paying more for sizing and mind peace. Shipping did not take long either came on time before the prom and was not damaged. Customer service is also big help, quick and easy communication. Overall really recommend.

I ordered a dress using custom measurements but wanted a few design alterations. The company were very helpful in accommodating these and the dress arrived by tracked service about 10 days after it was posted. The colour, quality and fit are just amazing. Daughter chose this for her prom, must admit I was a bit nervous about it, but didn't need to worry. The dress was stunning, beautifully made and great quality as well as a great price. I ordered two dresses (not custom made) to see you can't send them back. Anyway saw I had 24 hours to cancel which is what I did. No problems with the refund at all which was a huge relief. Had it altered and the seamstress said it was one of the most beautiful dresses she had seen. Delivery was as expected ( took a few weeks)

Wow, what can I say, well from placing my order to receiving it. Got an email asking if the size/ measurements were correct, to which I replied. Kept up to date with everything. So I decide to show you my dress here. I do not know why all these reviews here are that bad. Everything I have got from Millybridal is perfect. Their customer service is kind and professional. I have ordered my 2 wedding dresses at Milly Bridal, 1 for the ceremony and second for party (more comfortable). Both were of very good quality. Yes it is true that it is not identical to picture but they recreate very realistically. I am satisfied with result and very happy that I saved huge amount of money. Customer service need improvement though.

I ordered my wedding dress from them. Asked for changing the neckline and to pin up the train. They confirmed they can do it with no problem. It arrived on time, neckline has been changed as I asked for but the dress is far too long and the train is super long too. No pin up for my train. I contacted them twice to ask about the train, no news from them.
The dress is beautiful! It is as depicted in the picture. It is a gorgeous deep blue, and hangs just right! The neckline is probably a little too big to as a cowl neck should, but it is lined and I wont have to worry about people seeing down the front!
