Unlock River

Applied to get phone unlocked on the 30/01/2020, payment was taken out of acc, but no confirmation or any sort of reply to this day. Emailed them a couple of days ago and still no contact from them. I'm so disappointed and just want my money refund.

Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

Team kept me informed through the entire process. It took a little longer than originally planned, but I received emails letting me know they were still working the issue. Once completed I receive complete instructions on unlocking my device. Worked like a charm, installed my international sim and service connected immediately. Thanks for the great service.

UnlockRiver has not done a thing for me, except take my money.The Unlock code they gave me was bogus... REFUND? Forget it! It pays to go to a shop and have them unlock your phone instead. Don't waste your hard earned money on these fools! Stay away from U/R.

In the past I have tried to unlock my phone by paying an unlocking service that promise results. Sadly a good majority of them took my money but did not deliver the needed product. When I viewed UnlockRiver's YouTube presentation I had the impression that they knew what they were doing and decided to give it a try. I submitted all the information needed to unlock my phone and i was surprised to receive the needed code in such a short time. The solution really works and I highly recommend their unlocking service to anyone who needs it.

I'm very appreciative for my service with y'all. I was told that my phone could not be unlocked at the local unlock shop so I decided to go on YouTube to check if there was another way. It was a little pricey for an unlock, but at the end of the day I'm thankful us were available.

It Works! Don't worry. Unlockriver is not a scam. At first I was also worried because they took awhile to send me the email with the unlock code. But I just got the unlock code and it worked perfectly! :)

Unlock River was professional and prompt in their communication with me through the whole process. Even when I was having challenges with the unlocking, they were patient and helpful and courteous until it was resolved. Would use again without reservation.

I was weary about using an online phone unlocking service opposed to just going to a local store to unlock my phone. These fears turned out true as I don't think this service is legitimate. I have paid for an unlock key for my phone purchased directly from samsung (used) so there shouldnt be any issues. It has been 5 days now and they still indicate it is "Processing". Dont waste your money on a high risk venture such as this and just drive to your local phone repair store and get it done immediately.

When I first took a website like this, suspicions were all over while I was simply desperate for dealing with this locked situation. I was so desperate that I couldnt resist ordering for the codes.
A couple of days later, I received it, and it successfully worked as it was supposed to.

After mistakenly giving them the wrong IME the first time and couldn't get a refund back. I excepted and respected that. So, I try again giving the right IME # two weeks goes by and they finally tell me they can't unlock and that I'll have to wait 7 business days to receive a refund in which I feel like a refund should immediate! Anyways this is the worse experience ever! Not only that the time and the cost of dealing with is not worth it at all!

They are super helpful in all the ways. I was very suspicious about this page because I thought it was a scam but it really isn't! The only problem is the price but it's really worth it. The email for my unlock arrived in the 13th business day and my phone works perfectly with my sim card since then. I am really thankful for their EXCELLENT service and customer support. If you are planning to unlock your phone do it with them!

Never received an email telling me my code was ready. Had to make a claim through Paypal just to get a response! They ignored my email I sent to ask why it was taking so long. Way past 15 days! I checked status everyday and it said still processing. They claim they sent an email but all LIES!

I was skeptical, but I tried it. My iPhone 6 was locked with AT&T and now I can easily use it with an Italian courier. Customer support is amazing and they always reply very soon. Reliable, trustful service worth the money!

I been searching high and low for a company to help unlock my phone after watching a video on YouTube. I knew they was is the best fix my unlock my phone. I order the service and in two today I had my unlock code! I am very pleased at how they was there to answer all of my questions

I paid for the unlock code for my phone which arrived by email a couple of days later. After trying, unsuccessfully, to unlock my phone I sent an email to UnlockRiver. I received a response within a day or less with further instructions. After a couple more emails back and forth and still unable to unlock my phone I was provided instructions on how to receive a refund. Even though I was unable to provide everything requested for the refund a day or so later Paypal notified my that I had received the refund. Very good customer service and very prompt. I predict this business will do great.

I had a problem entering the code and got a response to my email within an hour. After three more emails, the problem was solved and I was also offered a refund if they couldn't get me working. I rate this service excellent in every way.

Very bad experience, placed an order for iPhone 7 AT&T unlock waited 9 business days without any update of the status (just "processing") asked to cancel the service and got a NO REFUND (not even partial!) policy on my face. Lost $110 just like that.
