I receive many bookings from Upps for my small hotel. I also use the booking software of Upps for bookings at my own website because it translates everything for me.
As above, i signed up for FREE trial and then 30 days later received a bill. I found their 'confirmation' of listing and details of how to change password in my SPAM email folder. I have never logged on, change passwords or had any customer details from them yet they want 180 euros. I have emailed them 4 times to tell them to take me off the website as i don't want to enroll for their services Now a letter come threatening court action. Can i ask all the other people in this forum if they eventually got taken to court please? Thanks S

When I put my B & B details on this website earlier this summer, there was absolutely no mention of any payments to be made for the privilege,, and I never received any email from them "welcoming" me to their site and saying I would be charged.
After getting on for 100 so-called "visits" to my listing but no enquiries, let alone bookings, I emailed them to ask if anything was wrong with my listing - whereupon I received an invoice from them. I then emailed them asking to take me off, and I have today received another request for payment plus an "admonition" fee of £1.50! They can take a running jump...
Hello
I am a hotel owner in Rhodes, Greece, who has just refused to pay UPPS. The reason is that I believe their business practices to be clearly misleading, dishonest and fraudulent.
They set a trap, start asking their victims for money without any warning and do not provide any service at all.
I asked them to stop sending any kind of emails, whether they are claiming payment or pretending to be viewers' reports.
I also made clear that I forbid them to use our logo, brand, photos and description in any way and that I will take all necessary legal action against them.
Preventing such "businesses" from taking advantage of tourism professionals is our duty.
I have already asked for the assistance of three serious OTA, who have expressed their wish to provide technical and legal expertise.
Any information on them would be greatly appreciated.

Anonymous cheats - I advertised my holiday cottages on this site. After 1 year and no bookings through them, I tried to cancel. I emailed repeatedly and in the end was threatened with court actionfor non payment of my next year's subscription apparently they need 2 months to cancel. So I paid and at the same time cancelled my subscription for the following year. One year later, they are back, demanding my subscription, even sending me a registered letter threratening action if I don't pay within 7 days. There are no names to address correspondence to and 2 of my emails have bounced back to me today. It seems that they are unwilling to be contacted, but send threatening solicitors' letters to persuade people to pay up. Two other people advertising on their website have contacted me recently with the same problem.
I have advertised a luxury apartment for self catering holiday rental in Ireland. I paid 150 Euros to this company, march 2015. I have notifications every day that my page has been viewed, however I have never received an inquiry. I have e-mailed upps staff members & have asked if it a scam or why i have never had an inquiry, It is all to do with my web site they tell me. ~They also offered to sign me up with Google for free, they omitted to state that its a click & pay system. I am so so unhappy with this company. They took my money & no results. I wont be so quck to hand over money this time around.\Nora
They do not offer a free month trial month, but sell a subscription sneakily.
As a lot of other, i signed up for FREE trial and then 30 days later received a bill, although I have never expressed a willingness to confirm the subscription.
This site is a scam. They make you theoretically sign up by registering and all of the sudden if you dont send them letter to cancel you get a bill for 700 euro per month. I never signed up, I never signed any contractm but they claim I was on thier site to register. This is a total scam. Beware. Don't answe them. Don't pay them. This company had been known for its cheating attempts
I have my B&B on this site. I am very happy for this decision! I got many clients from upps. And my advertising was renewed from the secretarys from upps. I love my advertising, it's very beautiful!
They got my interest by offering a free listing. Now they have invoiced me. I cannot find my listing.
