I would call them directly to be sure. I did not get that email, but I would err on the side of caution...
Mine took a few weeks - but that was to Australia. You'll probably get it - but I hope you like it as they are terrible at getting back to you and getting a refund took me MONTHS!
Email their customer service and tell them there was an error in how they billed you. Ask them to put the money back on your card immediately. Tell them it's difficult for you to return the items because you're international but that you really don't want their stuff.
