on 12/15/15I would call them directly to be sure. I did not get that email, but I would err on the side of caution...
Never provide personal information of this nature through email. It is not secure. Call the office and notify them this is happening. It's likely a scam.
The customer service in the dot com center in Augusta, GA is staffed by some very unprofessional, untrustworthy employees, it depends whom you get
Some time ago, i bought through the online store items at their 30% sale, and the order went through fine, but at shipment time, they billed me full price, and it overdrew my bank account. The supervisor i spoke to, a Ms. Temples, was not very helpful, so i spoke to her supervisor and he got offended that i was complaining about the over-billing and ms. Temples' lack of assistance, he said she spent an hour in his office explaining my problem to him, but finally i got my account straightened out.
The headquarters in PA shows an extreme lack of accountability for what numbskulls in GA do.
I wish you the best in dealing with them
Definitely call and make sure that is very sketchy especially if you made an order and that information should of already been put on your Order
