Failure of a new Philips Sonicare toothbrush in March, 2022, resulted in 2 weeks of failed replacements, calls, & returns. Usable replacement under warranty finally received.Then their emailed discount promotions offering great prices convinced me to try ordering brush heads at their website.!Mistake! 3 days of their system's server error screens stopping check-out, unresponsive online chat, over 10 failed calls to their outsourced (non-fluent) customer service, being either cut off or refused a supervisor or being asked repeatedly for the same ID information resulted in my buying replacement brush heads at much higher price from Amazon. Find another brand with effective customer service for your hard-earned money. I will.

Tip for consumers:
In My Opinion, Philips outsourced customer service is lip service only. IMO, promos are window dressing w/no accountability to customer. IMO, concentration is on initial unit purchase, not support.

I would give this company a zero! Phillip's has terrible customer service. They provide no follow-through on stated refunds. I have attempted to collect a refund for over a year without success. You are unable to contact the executive leadership, no surprise. Moving forward, I will do my due diligence to avoid purchasing Phillips products in any of their subsidiaries.

Contacted customer support regarding a failing Sonic Care Toothbrush and provided images & receipts as directed. The devise had started buzzing until it failed. It may or may not have been programmed to fail. Philips offered a dissimilar unit (feminine color) but quickly closed the case while I was performing elder care. Currently Philips will not respond to emails sent with the original case number expecting addition investment in the questionable support process.

Bought one of their 24" TV's, it went "poltergeist" the other day... jumping from mode to mode, volume went crazy, reboot or reset did not work. The jab is it's only three years old! No more Phillips TV's for us.

I've had this TV less than a year and it will not turn on at all. I have tried to contact the company and Walmart and Walmart says it's under the companies warranty so I called them and they made me some pictures in and we're going to review my case. It has been over a week now and I haven't heard anything. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down and don't have much to do other than watch TV and it's been over a week without any response from them. They

Philips has been nonresponive to consumer health needs regarding their CPAP/BIPAP recall. Many months have passed since the recall with no communication of a schedule for repair/replacement. These devices are not the same as cosmetic appliances.

Since i born till now i have seen my parents always prefer Phillips instead of any other company. Tv, music system plaything.

Philips is the oldest brand and its products are always good. I am using various products of Philips like a bulb, shaver, etc. Best Quality and at a reasonable price.

Philips is my favorite brand while buying electronics. All products of Philips are of excellent quality. Service is the best. Delivery is also fast. Recommended.

I have been a long time purchaser of Norelco face shavers over several decades. They have worked very well. However, my latest upgrade (purchased from Kohls about 2 years ago) is their "SensoTouch" model 1160X. Product works well, but the on/off button has deteriorated over the last 8 months showing cracked plastic probably caused by depressing the on/off button. Called Phillips Norelco who said (repeatedly) they need a "receipt" since this model has been discontinued. Since this product obviously has a "defect" caused by low grade plastics, I fully expected some type of help from their customer service. But zero help. Very disappointed since I am/was a long time customer. This model (1160X) probably was already "discontinued" when first purchased. I will try to locate my "receipt" after almost 2 years not knowing what credit card was used... the proverbial "needle in a haystack". My receipt really is not needed... this is only a ruse by "customer service" to place the burden on the consumer.
The product is a Phillips Norelco shaver and is "defective"... not just worn out! Having zero help from Phillips Norelco customer service, I will continue to use this product until the on/off switch stops. Future shaver purchases will be from Phillips' competitors.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect help from Phillips Norelco customer service...they might as well go "A.I." to automate and eliminate live customer service expenses.

I like the hairspray and the dry shampoo i just wish it didnt smell so dang chemically bad. Strong hold though if you got thin hair
