I got the same error, after it told me the number and street name and city and so on, were found. But then it said No record, AFTER it took my money. However, I used browser Back (Alt+Left Arrow) to see the search again and I had left off "Dr" on the Drive. After that the search repeated and gave me the result. After all that I see the user+pass in my email. I think if you repeat the same search that you already did, or check your login, it may have "My reports" tab and the report you requested may be in there. If not try the tech support, I see that they do answer queries, even someone who had a 0.01 charge was given advice to follow up.
