While the TV pic is amazing, I cannot use the email accounts due to SPAM 200 messages daily. On Demand is deceitful as it does NOT cover all shows/episodes on channel listing... reason I wasn't going to need a DVR. Discover: Alaskan Bush People, FOX: DR OZ
Call center, Phillipines & Costa Rica are very nice people... they just aren't tech support professionals and can never solve any issues.
Worst is getting USPS Mail weekly with offers for faster speeds, more equipment and VISA cards that I never got upon renewal. Different lines from different sales folk when you call! You dropped Weather Channel, Outdoor Channel but offer shopping and Spanish stuff our family has no interest in.
OPTIONS: RCN - dropped off after 11pm when retail plaza does they nightly accounting cycles. Comcast - voice activated remote!
I request a price adjustment or my $400 VISA, free DVR for a year, free HBO/Cin for a year.
