Don't bother giving them a chance, they don't deserve it. They do not answer their phones in NYC and a recording refers you to their online chat that they also ignore. Their email support@vestiairecollective.com used to respond but now that also refers you to the chat. They have a F rating on Better Business Bureau and hundrends of unanswered complaints.
