How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Vinhistoryusa?

Really hard. Online chat is mostly automated and the agents will basically gaslight you. They'll tell you to call your national number but it hung up on me multiple times.
When I told them my bank was launching an investigation in partnership with my country's federal watchdog (ScamNet Australia, the ACCC) that did the trick and they retracted their scammy behaviour pronto
