I cancelled it via chat. Does that work or should i change my card info?

Site says you can cancel by calling or Alternatively by email or chat bot. I canceled via email and chat bot same day I used free trial and I was still charged $29.95 on 6th day.

I tried to cancel through chat too and 30 days later tried to charge me again! Better off cancelling your card.
