We are a locksmith company in business since 1979. We did 2 jobs for BRS and finally got paid for one. The other one is 5 mos past due. Good luck if you work for
Them we'll never make the mistake again
This company is terrible. They expect champagne service with a beer budget. Vixxo does not like to pay their bills. They also do not care if a location or access to a unit is unsafe. We have invoices well over 90 days old. They are always trying to get out paying by saying "work is under the contract", even when you prove to them its not, they still do not pay you. Stay away from Vixxo, you will regret giving them a chance
This company does not pay vendors. Stay away from Vixxo unless you want to give ur attorney plenty of work. Vixxo is so ignorant. Even though they have not paid a vendor for previous work, they actually have the nerve to request service for the site. We only wish that their customers would read some of these reviews to realize what type of business Vixxo is.
Wish I would have looked for reviews prior to doing work for them. Have invoice over 90 days due. Considering removing the repair we made for them. I am going to contact their customer so they know what kind of company they are working with.

VIXXO is the worst company I have ever worked for, They like to send you out on jobs, But They don't like to pay for your services, 25 e-mails and several calls still no pay! It cost me $ 600.00 to a collection agency to get paid for a $ 2000. 00 job, dead beats!
It is a total Scam! We made repairs at the Starbucks in Moultrie Ga. On a Sunday evening. Billed for the job and got the total run around. Wrong # on invoice, talked to several people that was going to handle it and email us information that never happened. They will not Pay you! I have contacted Starbucks to get paid one way or the other!
We are a locksmith company contacted by Vixxo for an emergency lock repair. We informed them that being it is after regular hours our rate would be overtime at time and a half. They agreed to pay that rate. After sending them the invoice they refused to pay the over time rate. From the other reviews here I guess I would be surprised if we get paid at all.
I took them on as a new customer. Completed a job, actually did it for way less than I quoted and now I get excuse after excuse as to why they can't pay. It has been 5 months now since I completed the job and their customer signed off on payment.

My review aligns well with the others I have read. I have invoices well over 90 days past due and cannot seem to reach anyone at the company. And, yes they keep changing names. Latest one being Vixxo. I'm guessing they changed names again and will try to call us for more work under another alias. DO NOT DO WORK FOR THEM.
This company always has an excuse for not paying landscaping contractors on time. They rejected 27 invoices this month and they said I submitted them past the due date. I submitted them August 3 2017 and the due date was August 5 2017. When I finally got someone on the phone they said that they had cancelled those work orders for new work orders. I takes me 2 hours to invoice these work orders. They get paid a fortune from 711. STAY AWAY THEY SUCK
They us perform an HVACR service call at Pet Valu in Chillicothe Ohio. I submitted online invoicing following their instructions. When 60 days had gone by our AR dept called them to find out about payment and they stated the person that received the information was no longer in that dept and we had to submit everything over again. We were not pleased but resubmitted this information. We verified that they had received the information and 3 more months has passed. STILL NOTHING!
Did emergency service over a year ago and still not paid. Emails & phone calls fall on deaf ears. Will cost you less to not go on call, stay and clean your shop.
This company does not pay its suppliers, makes promises it can't keep, re-brands itself constantly to hide from debt collectors (they were formerly Sureair, First Service Networks, FM Facility Maintenance, and so on), forces their contractors and employees to lie to their customers (hopefully Starbucks, Petsmart, Michaels, Payless, etc.) are listening, they make salary promises to new employees that they don't keep, I can go on, but I ran out of characters
Same as all the other reviews. No answers to non-payment. No return calls. They want me to call satellite offices that don't exist.
THEY DO NOT PAY THERE VENDORS AND KEEP CHANGING THERE NAME TO KEEP AVOIDING THERE VENDORS... THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL YOU WITH A DIFFERENT NAME WANTING YOU TO DO WORK FOR THEM...
