If a renter booked a cabin for a two night stay and then the next morning calls and says they had a emergency and had to leave and drive home at midnight and did not call until 10 am the next morning to inform the owner (us) that they left the night of reservation paid on VRBO. Now they want a refund are we the owner obligated to refund their payment for two nights not stayed.
