Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.

The dress I bought is so cute but VERY see through so I added a lining and also removed some weird sleeves they had put on. After this the dress was pretty perfect for me. But $130 for a simple polyester slip dress that needed some work (like most of their designs) it's very steep. As well as this their customer service is pretty poor. As I never received a confirmation email or tracking number from them after trying to contact them twice and my package just showed up one day. I probably won't buy from them again just because their clothes are really not worth the money even if they have some cute pieces!
I just got two shirts in the mail both were completely see through. The stitching was very poorly done. There were strings everywhere. It's the price of urban outfitters but the quality of shein. This is very unfortunate because there pieces online look cute. I've ordered maybe 10 things from their site and returned the majority of them. Not worth it.
I can almost guarantee you any of these reviews have been because in the month of may 2018 Verge Girl has sent out a $10 voucher to anyone that gives them a good review on Site Jabber or Shop Venture. Doesn't that just say a lot about their customer service... buying reviews lol

I like verge girl and have bought from them a few times over the years. I will be the first to say that the quality is hit or miss and some things are made better than others. In recent years the quality has improved a bit but that could be in certain items (the dresses are usually good). The pricing has always been a bit weird. $60+ for basic looking tops and I really don't recommend buying their jewellery. Their prices on have risen significantly as well.
When shopping with this brand, you sadly have to accept you will never see a refund from them. 7 days return isn't enough time as the post office sometimes takes ages to ship (which they won't consider). I live within the state of their warehouse and I still have to receive credits.
They do have nice dresses though, I'll probably still buy from them lmao. I recommend looking at verge girl items on depop.

Do not shop here. This is a fraudulent company that steals your money. Their clothing is horribly made and despite the specifications of their return policy, they refuse to refund and ignore customer complaints both via phone and email. Their returns policy states, "Please note that Verge Girl does not offer refunds for change of mind or if an item does not fit." I explained that my reason for return was the terrible quality. Threads were sticking out of seams and fabric felt like plastic... not as described and pictured. I sent 15-20 emails attempting to contact them over a 4 month time span with no resolution. I have reported them to my bank for fraud.

I'm usually a size 14/16 in most stores so right off the bat its very disheartening to see that a 14 is the biggest size on this website, not to mention to half of the clothes only go up to size 12. I recently bought pants from verge girl from the sale section of the website and took them home to realise they didn't fit. Looked on their website and they accept no returns from sale items? How am I supposed to buy and keep an item of clothing if I don't even know if it fits. Ridiculous policy. Asked for at least store credit and they refused. I now am left with these pants that I can't wear at all because they don't fit me, I am trying to sell it online with no luck and no hope that I will ever get my money back in some way. Makes me not trust the company, they're putting greed and business growth as a priority over customer satisfaction and ease of shopping.

This site captures the elegant, cool, french girl vibe in clothing perfectly! Dont be weary ordering from here, the clothes are amazing quality and come exactly as pictured within the shipping time frame. And the packing for everything was so cute! I couldnt be more pleased.
Low quality fabric. They said they will give you 10 dollars off when you sign up/for first time purchase but their code doesn't even work. Apparently, they "forgot" to mention that "Thank you for your reply. I'm really sorry lovely, but the code is not valid on sale items and is valid on full priced items when the order total is a minimum of $100 AUD." This is according to someone named Kelsey, a customer service manager at Verge girl. It would more transparent if they mentioned it from the very first moment when they ask people to sign up.

Once the order was placed, took 4 days to get processed and shipped and now it is held at customs since April 16 - it is May 1st. When I ordered from another Australian company (cendres) thy use dhl express and it was delivered on time. This is ridiculous service on Verge girls part. They should consider changing the company they ship with for international customers. Now they have reps anonymously swearing at customers who are upset cause they will probably never receive they're order and will not get their money back.

The most horrible girls I have ever dealt with- on a number of occasions have extremely bad attitude and I would be embarrassed to speak to anyone the way they do let alone customers. Also very cheap quality clothing- princess polly usually has the same items for a much cheaper price. I shop online over 3 times a week and this is by far the worst experiences I have ever had.

If you're looking into summer dress or an event dress, a big PASS. The quality is Shein like, see-through material and terrible stitching, and for the price they're charging? When I contacted the customer support, they simply gaslighted me. The clothes look nothing like pictures on the site, and the fact that they have no option of commenting on the site? Red flag girls. Ordered a white top, it came in cream. I guess a blind person both sewed the clothes and put them online.
I returned almost $800 worth of merchandise in perfect condition from the U.S. it cost me almost $100 to return it. Because it apparently arrived a couple days past their cut off, they are refusing to refund my money. The merchandise I did keep is cute, but it fell apart within one or two washes. Their return policy and customer service is terrible- they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

Verge girl consistently charge incredibly expensive prices for consistently shocking quality. Everytime I have ordered, I pay top dollar for an item to arrive that looks nothing like the advertised images in terms of quality. In addition to this, the tags on these items are not even verge girl - it seems like they just bulk import poor quality items from dodgy wholesalers and just rebrand and mark up the price?
I have been disappointed one too many times by this brand.

Where to even begin... first this dress arrived completely wrinkled and not even folded. Second the quality was horrible, cheap and not at all like the picture. And finally this dress was so short not even a 12 year old could wear it. I am not an excessively tall person (5'5) but I couldn't bend over without my whole butt showing. To send back this dress would cost half the price. I will be selling it online and hope that no one will buy from this company.

This has to be the worst clothes website ever. Never have I received any decent clothes from it the material is as cheap as it gets and the sizes are impossible to know which results in the shipping fee to return. Customer service is like a robotic message saying the same thing over and over even tho it's a human. Shows no compassion to your feedback and concern. Utterly disgraceful.
Any website in this day and age that simply refuse to give refunds screams greedy to me. No where during the purchase phase do they tell you they wont refund, and it wasnt until I had to hunt down their ts&cs that I found it. I bought a jumper that was a completely different colour and quality to that pictured, and was told that they would not refund my money and instead I could have a store credit. I will never be shopping on VG again - terrible quality and even worse customer service.

Was excited to place my first order after a friend recommended vrg grl. The styles on the website are very cute and on trend but the quality is NOT there…it's basically overpriced fast fashion. Think urban outfitters. I won't be ordering again because I'm in the US and returning the items is now going to cost me $30 for international shipping. Beware.
Sale section used to be up to 70% off. (Everything was basically 70% off). Now they reduced it to 40% off. And the sale section prices are what verge girl should have their normal prices at anyways. Way too expensive. If I want to buy two shirts, I shouldn't have to fork over 100 dollars. I've been a loyal customer for years and spent so much money at verge girl. And they seriously get rid of their sale too? My friends and I are done shopping here unless there are some changes
I ordered a t-shirt from VergeGirl and went based on the sizes on the website. The t-shirt looked awesome and the quality is really good, but the sizing was a little weird. It was a really short t-shirt with short sleeves made out of the material that some leggings and sports soccer jerseys are made out of. I wish it had just been regular t-shirt material, but I'll be keeping it in the hopes that the fitted look works out because it's an amazing shirt!

Cute items. I've ordered about 14 items in two orders from their sales and every single piece has come apart at the seams. Poor stitching. Even the loose items have created holes in the neck or arm seam. Even a pair of shorts I have with the tags on have a hole. Never even tried on, just over time in my closet the seam came loose. Definitely not worth the money, I'm just happy I didn't pay full price.
