I have an item at walmart that was purchased ship to store but no longer want, I tried to cancel prior to delivery. How do I go about returning it if I haven't picked it up?

If you don't pick it up within 7 days, Walmart will cancel at their end. It happened to me so I know firsthand

You have to go to the store and pick it up and then turn around and go to the customer service desk and get a refund

You simply contact customer care or the store the item was shipped to and tell them you don't want it. They will process the return.
