I'll make this as brief as possible. The company sent me the wrong product, it took them 8 weeks to replace it. They then sent me the correct product in the wrong colour. I ordered charcoal and received pink. Contacted them and was advised it was an amendment and that they would offer me a discount on my next purchase. Absolutely disgraceful. Also the backpack I purchased broke within three weeks of receiving it. Stay away from this company. Don't waste your time and money. They are extremely frustrating to deal with.

I have been met with nothing but condescending emails from their customer service team, an received no resolve. I ordered a backpack from the for my chihuahua mix - ordering the size recommended for his weight, according to their. It was a decent pack, but my doggie did not fit. I asked to return it, then perhaps exchange it for the next larger size. No go-- 14 day return policy and no return or exchange on sales items.
No matter that I followed their sizing chart, which is wrong. The email communication I received from them seemed they were almost gleeful, like "too bad, so sad"

Now I am stuck with a useless, overpriced carrier to try to sell, probably getting less than half what I paid for it. That is poor customer service to me. They did offer me a 20% coupon for another purchase. Do you think I am buying another item from them? Would you?

I purchased the dog carrier according to size recommendations of the company. Product was too small, straps too short. Took 3 weeks to receive. Customer service is essentially non existent. Stay away from this company.

I bought this thinking my dog could use it what a joke. They sent me fake plastic grass and it's not the size I ordered. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I should of known since it's on Facebook. The picture of the product was wayyy bigger than the one I got. Buyers be ware I gave them a one because I had to in order to submit a review. Look at the picture I posted it fits in my chair but my dogs $#*! is supposed to fit on it

Steer clear of this company. They are just out to trick you out of your money. The site says no refunds on sale items, but this is only stated in the "return" section that most people don't bother to read. The hitch is that four out of the five sections to shop in were "on sale."

I purchased a pet backpack and before i bought even read the fine print on returns so that I knew I could return it if I wanted. Well, I missed the part that they don't offer refunds on sale items. ALL of their items on their site are on sale therefore they accept zero returns. Terrible business practice.

I placed an order and patiently waited for it to arrive. After several months of not receiving the item I began to inquire. Apparently they sent it to the wrong address and kept insisting it was delivered. Yes it was except it was the wrong address. After going round and round they escalated it to their logistics dept. That was the last I ever heard from them. Beware! Save yourself some grief and do your business elsewhere

I order the Dog Lawn for my Chico, but he got sick and I had to put him down. It broke my heart. The item hasn't been open at all. They would not give me a refund. Don't order anything from them.

I have been receiving nothing but condescending emails from this horrible company due to an item not being shipped correctly. They had the audacity to tell me I could repurchase an item at 20% off when I never received the item to being with (it was returned to their shipping facility). I have NEVER dealt with such disrespect or ideocracy in my 34 years on this earth. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER

I ordered the 3-step dog lawn. It was supposed to consist of astroturf, a wicking layer, and a collection tray. I received a piece of astroturf. For $32.00, I got astroturf.

I don't normally write reviews however, this is warranted so that other pet parents are aware. I purchased a medium sized car seat for my mini golden doodle puppy. I followed all the directions and strapped him in the front passenger seat. I went to get something in the house and when I came back to the car, he had moved from the front passenger seat to the back and was whining while hanging from the safety straps, almost chocking himself because he couldn't reach the floor. At first I thought, I missed a step, so after reviewing the directions again and securing the straps, I took a deep breath and went on. A few days later, I went to get him a new leash and tried it on him... I left the new leash attached to the front of the harness while I strapped him into the Wandertails carseat on the back of his harness. I took my kids out of the car and into the house and when I returned to get him, he had moved again from the front passenger seat and was hanging again almost choking. I then contacted the company and after several emails explaining what I had experienced, I sent over a video and photos as requested. They were finally able to open and review them and told me "Thank you for getting in touch with us. Our logistics team has reviewed your issue and informed that there is no issue with the straps. However, to fasten your pet to the car seat we suggest you buy a Pet safety Seat Belt that will secure your pet tightly and keep them safe." So you want me to purchase a Pet safety seat belt to use with your product that is supposed to secure your pet? When I told them that I didn't agree with their assessment and would like a refund, they said I couldn't get one based on their policy and offered me a 20% discount to be used on a future purchase. I told them that I do not plan to purchase anything else from them. So I'm writing this review to make other pet parents aware of this issue so they won't go through this.
