Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Warby Parker staff and previous consumers.
Save the heartache and go to a better provider. I ordered progressives and could not see out of them. I went back 5 times and they wouldn't correct the lenses. After the first 3 visits, they made me go back to the Optometrist to check the prescription. I did that, and they still said the problem was the prescription, so I went to another optometrist who also said the prescription was good. When I took that info back to Warby Parker, the said they can't make glasses for me. I asked for my money back and am still waiting.
They are super friendly and spend a lot of time with you, but are unable to resolve issues.
Very appreciate of Steve's points. However, the quality of lenses from "online websites" is not necessarily the same thing as quality from Warby Parker. Would be interested to hear more about the quality of the particular kinds of lenses that Warby Parker uses.
Nearly a month has passed since I ordered my 2 pair of glasses and have yet to receive anything but them needing more information. I supplied all the information and only received emails saying they can't find my order, then they found it, then another email from another employee saying they can't locate my order again, I sent them the order numbers and another employee sent me another email that they found my order but wanted more information (which I supplied twice previously). Of the half dozen emails I received none were from the same person! They don't have their act together and I'm trying to cancel my order.
