on 3/21/17Save the heartache and go to a better provider. I ordered progressives and could not see out of them. I went back 5 times and they wouldn't correct the lenses. After the first 3 visits, they made me go back to the Optometrist to check the prescription. I did that, and they still said the problem was the prescription, so I went to another optometrist who also said the prescription was good. When I took that info back to Warby Parker, the said they can't make glasses for me. I asked for my money back and am still waiting.
I ordered progressive lenses from WP and felt the quality of the lenses were poor. The lenses had such a narrow focal point while reading it made the glasses impossible to use on a daily basis. I had no issues with the frames, but unfortunately I facilated and did not ask to have the lenses replaced in a timely manner. I did go to a local optical lab to have the lenses replaced and the owner could not tell the brand of lenses WP used. He stated that if the lenses were from a traditional manufacturer i. E. Essilor, Carl Zeiss, Hoya, etc., he would have recognized them. My replacement Essilor lenses had 3 times wider focal viewing area. I may purchase frames from WP in the future but most certainly not progressive lenses.
I ordered, apprehensively, my progressive lenses from the WP store in Grand Central station. The lenses were absolutely perfect... no problem at all.
