Looking for a shirt for a beach wedding next year and stumbled upon their website after lots of searching. The selection was great then wide choice of colours really helped narrow down what I needed. I also ended up ordering shorts.

Package arrived within a couple of weeks and quality of order was excellent good feel to material and strong stitching. Only thing was additional import duty to pay carrier / customs once arriving into U.K.

Overall I highly commend their service, quality and speed of delivery.

I am very impressed with the shirts we ordered. Excellent quality and exactly what we were looking for. I was extremely nervous about the shipping. They were scheduled to arrive March 4, but didn't arrive until March 13, which was the day before we were traveling. I informed Wedding Tropics of my departure date and they made sure the shirts arrived in time. Perhaps, there should be an in-hand date for all orders in the future. Just a suggestion. The process was efficient but the turnaround time for processing to shipment seemed rather slow. Not sure why it would take two weeks to ship something that appeared to be an in-stock item.

Otherwise, it was a good experience and the product I received is very good as well.

Paid for the expedited delivery on my custom shirt. Arrived amazingly quick.
Wanted to make a change to the buttons the day after placing the order. Response was immediate and done effortlessly.

I was nervous ordering online but the shirts came and were better than ever expected. I was very happy with my decision to use Wedding Tropics. I ordered standard sizing and had the grooms shirt fitted when it arrived so I had an option if it didn't fir properly.

We waited too long to order my soon to be husband's shirt, but here is what we encountered: after seeing our order, a man named Kevin asked some questions about the size we asked for. Upon some discussion, Kevin told us a tailored shirt would be needed since my guy was tall and had long arms, etc. this made me nervous, because now we were late in ordering and had to special order on top of everything. Kevin kept reassuring me that we would get the shirt on time, and we did. We received it five days before our wedding, less than three weeks from our order date, and it fit perfectly. These folks were in contact with me providing updates on my order status. I was very surprised and pleased by the high quality of the product. Very pleased with service I received over phone and also prompt service on delivery. All questions were answered while on phone.
I did have to return the vest and have not received the refund or acknowledgement of receiving the returned item. Said it would be about 7-10 days. We are at that now so it should be soon.
Product and service so far have been excellent.

*** at Wedding Tropics was amazing! There was a slight change in the color and he was on top of it to get it fixed right away and had a new suit shipped to my father while we were at the resort. Excellent quality, fit, and design. Even the packaging was exceptional. Not to mention that I received the shirt a lot earlier than I had expected.
I'm looking forward to ordering a short sleeve version so that I can be a pseudo advertisement ambassador. It's a bit too hot & humid to comfortably wear the long sleeve:-(

The quality of the shirt was top notch. I'm sorry that my husband won't get to wear it at his daughters wedding. When I ordered it I made a comment in the comment box that my husband had broad shoulders and wondered if he should go up in size. Unfortunately no one must have read that comment or bothered to call me to ask about it so the shirt I ordered was too tight and since it took so long to come in I didn't have the option to reorder so there went $110.00 down the drain c

I highly recommend this site! I placed my order with only about 3 weeks of lead time. I emailed my request for a rush order and the response was so fast and extremely courteous. I received my order without any added shipping fees several days before it was promised. The order arrived exactly as requested and the fit was perfect. Thank you so much for everything!

After speaking with Kevin, the issue was resolved and a solution was offered. Kevin provided excellent customer service and listened to my concerns regarding the return/exchange policy when ordering.

Customer service was outstanding, make an error called the following day and the mistake was corrected immediately. They kept me up to date from the time my order left the facility till I received it. The attire was very good too. Recommended to all my friends.
