Curious to how this company could offer great prices, i decided to place an order for an outdoor sofa set and take my chances. Similar to other reviews, the bad news started only a few hours after placing the order with a response email to say despite them advertising 5-8 days delivery there was in fact a wait of at least 6 weeks. At this point i decided to place a separate order with Homary for the equivalent sofa set which was +£600 more but would give me the opportunity to compare the build quality and feedback to future perspective shoppers.

Several weeks went buy and i found myself with more cushioned seating than i could have ever imagined!

The verdict… 70% of the price and 50% of the quality, which is great if your not overly fussed about quality i guess.

The packaging clearly supports the drop shipping from China, the fraying of the fabric is concerning to think i still payed in excess of £1,600 and the covers…well, i'll let you make your own minds up!

Lastly, the so called 'simple returns policy', after threatening me with story's that so many returns go missing & trying to persuade me to keep the set, despite them using a fully insured courier for deliveries but they wouldn't confirm on email that this was the case for returns i decided to resell as the easier option.

You guessed it, will not be buying from WC again.

Don't be fooled by fancy Social Media sites like i did & hope this review was helpful.

I bought online a Gabriel two sitter sofa bed which was £795. The package was damaged in transient and I was compelled to accept a Mavis two seater sofa bed that was reduced (I was refunded £34.50 as a sign of good will from Weilai concept. Unfortunately, the new package delivered appeared to be already rejected by a different customer as the box was not new as it can be seen in the photos. Furthermore, the couch was of a very poor quality, looked cheap, with a damage storage box and it was quite smelly. I wanted to return it and get a refund. Unfortunately, I had a lot of back-and-forth e-mails with Amy the individual who was dealing with my case. I learned that the four pillows sent to me in the package were supposed to be in a plastic cover - unfortunately this was not the case when I opened them - another evidence that the package was previously refused by another customer. Amy wanted to charge £125 for currier when returning the order and furthermore £90 for every item to be repacked. Amy from Weilai would like to charge me £485 as I will not accept a suboptimal/poor quality/damaged product which was rejected by someone else. I will never ever buy from them again.

I have just had the worst experience in my life trying to arrange a return and refund with Wellai Concept! AMY who seems to be the only person who works for Wellai refused to arrange the return, refused to respond apart from very generic, dismissive and unhelpful answers, she refused to provide me with her managers contact details when i wanted to escalate my complaint, refused to provide a returns address. Despite this being well within the 14 days return policy! She has NO customer service skills, is rude and dismissive. BE WARY of purchasing goods from this company as if you need to return something they make it as difficult as possible! It resulted in me having to raise this issue with my bank who thankfully after seeing the evidence refunded me strait away! Conveniently AMY then sent me 2 emails on a Sunday wanting to arrange a collection! I have seen similar reviews from others regarding this! BE WARNED

I am so happy with the chair! Arrived as planned packed so well. The chair was in perfect condition very comfortable and looks great. Brilliant price, I would order again.

I brought a Sofa, and it is of outstanding quality, as I had anticipated.
Will last me a lifetime, in my opinion. The online ordering process was fantastic, but I later changed my mind and desired another colour this was not a problem.

I had an issue with a dining table I purchased from Weilai Concept. Amy handled it quickly and efficiently. Quality furniture, expert delivery, and assembly services. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I adore the dining set! I highly recommend them as a company.

I ordered this tv unit as mine was too small for my new tv.
It was really well packaged and heavy.
As i was unpacking it, i thought omg how am i going to know what goes were, but every peice and screw was labled and easy to follow.
I put it together myself and found it easy enough, and im a flat pack virgin.
I would 100% recomend and i would buy this brand again.

It was so lovely to receive a cute email thanking me for my purchase. My shoe cabinet arrived in approximately a week! There are some leftover marks on the cabinet, it would be good for you to check the item thoroughly before sending, I also am aware this is a manufacturer issue too. Other than that the item is good (not worth sending back over) and delivery was fast. Thank you so much.

We ordered two sofas in December from weilai and the customer support there was great. Delivery arrived a couple of weeks ago, very pleased with the service and the sofas are beautiful. Just ordered an extra chair and footstool online and the process was equally smooth and hastle free, thoroughly recommend Loaf if you are looking for cool, comfortable furniture and great customer service.

After waiting 2 months for a wardrobe delivery,the wardrobe fitter supplied by the company, stated that the roof of the wardrobe was bent,scratched and warped and could not be fitted.He took pics and stated the company will be in touch.
4 weeks on, the company wants more pics of 3 boxes of heavy wardrobe units stating that they can rectify the issue.No replies to my requests for a refund,absolutely unprofessional poor service, avoid at all costs.
Let's see what the small claims court says about this infringement of customer rights.

Speedy delivery, easy assembly and reasonable price. Bought my 1st one acouple of weeks ago, was very impressed so bought a 2nd chair. 10/10.

Massively delayed delivery, terrible returned goods packaging, total deniability unless the credit card fraud team were involved then horrific and threatening customer service. Be warned.

Product was described and priced as 'real leather' was plastic.

Tried and tried to get my order been promised all week for delivery still a no show coming up 4 weeks now tried to contact customer service several times more chance of contacting the other side will not be using again

I placed an order for a shoe rack bench that I saw on their website. I then read reviews & panicked because I read about some of the horror stories from other customers. So 5 min after placing my order, I emailed them & asked them to cancel my order before anything was shipped.

Amy replied the following morning & said that she would cancel my order & that my full refund would be processed. I can happily say that I have since received my refund so I am pleased with their customer service.

I can't speak on the quality of the items as I was to scared to proceed but they were friendly & helped cancel my order which is all I needed.
