I began this week using the 011 Call Global service that diverts calls to my international number to my US number. It has worked great for every direction except with WhatsApp. To switch WhatsApp to my new phone, Whatsapp needs to send an SMS to the old phone number or call me. I don't get an SMS and they call but the call immediately hangs up when I answer. When I tell Support they refuse to call me directly and I cant get a human being. Wanna talk to a robot? Contact WhatsApp Support!

Why is there no humans to interact with at whatsapp customer service, i created a community for opel members and now the group together with my personal and work whatsapp groups is blocked permanently, the content of my messages had no links and is harmless questions i had to send new members to join, and now because of a wrong decision, everything is spoiled, how can i do a review like the bot said that reply to emails, if my account is blocked so i tried from another whatsapp number to do a review, there are a lot of real criminal scammers that needs to get blocked, not the innocent members

Whatsapp made my daily working easy, an amazing application with superb audio, video, and text messaging. It's an easy to use free platform which just needs internet connectivity. It has a lot of unique features, like Photo sharing, File transfer, video calling, and much more. Whatsapp is also playing an important role in business activities, a lot of business groups on Whatsapp are doing their business activities successfully through this platform. I have also used Whatsapp for reviews sharing, and getting updates from my colleagues about their jobs through Whatsapp. It works only through internet connectivity, which is a major drawback of Whatsapp. It also needs stable connectivity for video calls.

Whatsapp business banned my number without any warning. After emailing them 30 times over 8 days they reverted 3 times and everytime said on email i have not broken any of their terms and conditions and they have unblocked but still i dont have whatsapp working. Such a pathetic company since it being bought over. No standards. No rules followed. They ban without thinking what consequences can happen. Whatsapp should get a competitor and suffer what Black berry and skype suffered when whatsapp took over.

It is a very good application. The feature I would like to add is schedule whatsapp status and also in whatsapp web view it should notify that someone has already called you by showing missed call alert.

For 6 months I used what's app to communicate with my boyfriend overseas and it was fine Then in the last week the app has made it impossible to communicate. He has had to get a new account 3 times. Now we have picked another platform. So discouraging. My review is based on my latest experience.

I love whatsapp its good and all but I really hope that one day we can choose specific people that is allowed to view our profile pictures. Whatsapp if you're reading this please fix that :) thank you

I can talk to my friends who live overseas. This is growing as a popular social media app. One of the best alternatives to Facebook Messenger and Skype. You can keep in touch with your friends worldwide and not have to worry about being spied on as much.
If you are tired of Facebook Messenger and Skype, I highly recommend trying out WhatsApp.

A friend set up a WhatsApp group for collaboration purposes, and I downloaded the app onto my computer. When I opened the app, it presented the worthless instructions shown in the screenshot below. It says "Open WhatsApp on your phone" which is impossible on a landline and also a flip cell phone, both of which I have. How anybody could design a laptop or desktop app that somehow requires a phone to operate (other than, for example, two-factor authentication in which a voice message or text message is sent with a code) is beyond me but the bottom line is that this app is completely worthless to many users for the reason shown here. If you want to make sure everybody can participate, select a different collaboration app.

Since last month chat history has been disappearing chronologically. Now trend has changed, every morning I find one or two chat history disappeared. I'm using MOTO G4 Plus mobile and recently got know through google search that there are many people facing the same issue.
Surprisingly whatsapp doesn't revert to this problem as more than 25 mails I have written to their support team. I had tried reinstalling app almost five times and reset my mobile too but nothing changed. I even stopped using antivirus and cleaning app to avoid any confusion.

Whatsapp is excellent for collaborating with people on ideas.
It's also wonderful to be able to communicate and exchange files with my family members or colleagues. It's also convenient to be able to join specific groups through their links, and by using WhatsApp's built-in geolocation features, I can avoid getting lost and easily reach my destination.

I use whatsapp to keep in touch with all of my family members who live abroad. Some of them aren't very tech savvy and they still manage to utilize whatsapp to its full potential so that is also a huge plus.

The blog named Novice secrets has discovered a bug that allows to delete groups created on a articular version 2.12 and above. However, the groups can only be deleted. Here's how the hack works, as explained by the blog:

The feature allows users to recall messages, both in group or individual chat. However, there is a catch. Messages sent. This becomes a problem when you want to delete any message after the the group has been deleted by the bug. WhatsApp has no solution to this problem but a Spanish blog website claims to have.

My friend's account was stolen and hackers are using a different picture with the name and phone number

The major drawback of this app is if any one can post something(like-message, picture, video/audio clip) in your group and then he was decided the posted thing don't want to see anyone in that group then the sender delete that thing but the thing is delete in only their(sender) device and all group member(receiver) is see because all member are in group but this type of problem is not in facebook then i request to you please trace out this problem and then design proper query about that problem

My account was hacked and my number was banned WhatsApp. When I email support - here was the reply - there is no recourse for resolution. This is ridiculous

" We have reason to believe your account activity has violated our Terms of Service and decided to keep your account banned. We received a large number of complaints about your account and to protect our users' privacy, we won't disclose the nature of the complaints.

Unfortunately, responses to this email thread won't be read."

As far as I'm concerned this is not the best app for texting. Messages go missing, account gets banned for no reason. Customer Service is absolutely 100% appalling. I mean the worst customer Service I have come across. They are rude, unhelpful and they don't care about customers. They don't care about messages going missing. Find another app for texting

Recently got a new phone all my other apps transferred over great except this 1. I email customer service as email is only way to communicate no number and hav been completely ignored

The two step verification on WhatsApp is helping curtail cases of account hacking. It has helped in securing my account from been hacked. Kudos to the team at whatsapp for this feature!

It's good, working properly, especially because it's free. One thing lack is compare with Kakao, Viber or Line, whatsapp doesn't have a free talk tools!

I honestly hate the new update the emojis are so ugly... i prefer the old ones. So i would really appreciate if you could do something about the problem. THANK YOU

Unable to install to Kindle Fire, as Fonyou does not seem to work from Kindle. Would appreciate some guidance.
