White Sands Products

Ordered twice from this website because I was disappointed the first time and wanted to give them another try. Both times my package was shipped to the wrong address, even though my address on both order confirmations were correct. Anyway, it takes them at least three-four days to pass your order onto UPS (both times for me) and I guess I just expected a faster relay based on other internet companies. By the way, shipping is a flat rate of $5 by UPS.

The products are a little overpriced because you can get them way cheaper at other websites, but the products do come directly from the manufacturer (which is a plus).

Overall, the website is alright. I'd give them a better review if they actually answered their emails. Thumbs down for their customer service.
