Despite being promised by them a full refund according to their 100% satisfaction guarantee for more than six weeks, and numerous follow up calls and excuses, the company has failed to return my deposit. I had to report deceptive practices to my credit card company. Still awaiting a refund of my deposit.

These guys are crooks! They take your money at a discount. Promise weekly to deliver and never do. I did all the work and they "gaslight" all the way until you give up. Protect yourself! You will have nothing to show for it. They don't answer the phone unless you are a new client or believe it is. All the people here talking about their thievery are telling the truth. The other Reviews are fake most likely. Its not just they steal your money. They steal your time and rob your spirit. They never refunded! Their word doesn't deserve words.

Tip for consumers:
They claim to be Wikipedia experts. They don't know anything about Wikipedia. My recommendation is to not listen to their excuses for the negative reviews. If they have done it once, let alone twice, they will do it thrice.

They lie and steal. They do not provide what they promise. After eight months of waiting they told me they couldn't deliver on the publications I was promised. Billboard, Rolling Stone, Guitar.com and three TV interviews, When Jordan finally responded to me, after 8 months of radio silence he tried to bait and switch me to low rent websites that were either Hip Hop or celebrity gossip sites.
Now I have medical issues and they simple refuse to refund my money. They talk in circles. They lie, they cheat. DO NOT TRUST THEM NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. My sales guy, Jordan James is a fictious character. I had my attorney search for them in Woodland Hills, Ca. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME AND THESE OTHER POOR ONE STAR VICTIMS. They are not in the US and will steal your money. If I had only looked at their one star reviews I would have saved $7,000!

This company is a huge scam! They initially asked me for $900 for Wikipedia page and Google Knowledge graph - After some negotiation, they sent me invoice and deducted the monies by storing my card details. Then they asked me to fill 3 forms. After I sent them the forms, they said the links which I have shared with them are of no use and they offered me their PR services to get articles on media sites. The payments asked were huge - $7500 per article sometimes! I settled for 20 articles and as soon as I told them I will pay, they deducted the money automatically as they had card details saved. In next 3 months, I kept on chasing them as they churned out USELESS written articles and published them on useless sites! After chasing them for the Wikipedia article, they keep on giving standard excuses!

The modus operandi is that one guy talks to fix the payment and then hands over to a new mail id and new mobile number. This new guy starts talking and says earlier guy has been sacked by the company. Then a new guy comes in with new mail id and mobile. Please note when you speak to them, they are actually one person talking from different numbers!

The accent of English spoken is not US! One website studied and said the server points to its presence in Karachi, Pakistan

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SHAM COMPANY - WikiProficiency - They wasted my 4 months and took huge money for nothing! A HUGE SCAM!
