You' PAY alright! Return shipping fees and restocking fees. Save yourself the headache of a company with no customer service. They have the Monkey mascot for a reason.

No. They claim to have changed how they present their product offerings but whatever those changes are do not include a membership fee. You have to agree to their privacy policy which I, frankly, never looked at.
