Very restrictive return policy. I was only able to return something after complaining to the Texas Better Business Bureau. It was the first -- and last -- time I ever bought anything from them.

You have 15 minutes after ordering to cancel. After that you're out of luck. They only take returns if the item is greatly damaged. And good luck getting ahold of anyone They don't take returns if the item was misrepresented. For example you can see through the towels that were supposed to be thick and luxurious. I wouldn'tbdealbwith them ever
I have not had to return anything to them, but have placed many many orders and really like the site. Sorry
Sometimes it's better to pay a little more than deal with these guys.
