Wordans

I have a hard time finding tall shirts that are reasonably priced for my 6'5" son. These are
Both, and they are a great quality. I have purchased many shirts from them for my whole
Family and have never been disappointed.

Sent the wrong size item. Every time I try to contact their CS it takes an average of three days for a reply. However, I have since contacted them about my return three times recently, the last occasion was one week ago and I have not heard back. They have had my returned item for over a week and there has been no refund or communication that they have received it.

They are also refusing to answer whether they will refund shipping cost or cover shipping cost to Australia if I replace the item with the correct size. After all, it was their error sending the wrong size.

There is also no return policy on their website. This company is dodgy!

Thanks to Andre there was a mix up that he helped me fix right away and got it all cleared up fast! His customer service is one of the best I have ever seen by far! Thank you Andre, you are top 5 greatest!

This is getting ridiculous. You send me a response with excuses. And no actual information in the form of dates and times. Where is my stuff you already got paid for? These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I was gonna print on them. Not that it matters to you. Thats ruined. But theres still New Years?! Maybe? Follow through please. ETA ASAP! Please. I have placed several orders through Wordans and I do love the products and the price point is beyond amazing!
I recently encountered a minor mix up with an order. Contacted customer service and had everything resolved in no time. Andre was quick to respond, polite and professional and very apologetic (although mistakes happen)! Beyond happy with my customer service experience.

I was trying to find 100% Cotton shirts for a client. They wanted Blue. They sent me purple.
I have not information to send them back. They are still sitting in the bags.

I was having an issue with my coupon code and Andre was extremely helpful. I only had to send 1 email with a reply less than 24 hours after the initial email was sent. With no questions asked. Very nice service!

We buy shirts for members in our Academic Department. Wordan's has great pricing, quality shirts and fast shipping. They also continue to have the same shirt and color in stock, which helps greatly when we hire new people!

Loved everything that came which included hoodies, sweats, basketball shorts, and a long sleeve. Took 2 packages but both came within 3 days of each other, so lovely. Everything was right and perfect! The box was a little beat up but I'm thinking that was the post office, oh whale it's the just box not their fault. But recommend getting good basics there

Receiving help from Andre was incredibly smooth. The overall returns process had a few bumps (I would've preferred cash over store credit), but that was understandable. The representative that helped me - Andre - was very careful and super helpful throughout the entire process. He cleared up a tiny mixup I had and solved all the problems quickly. I would give him a 6/5 if I could!

My order of 100 shirts was shipped from 2 different warehouses and did not arrive on the specified day, and once they did I arrive it was evident why they were late. The larger portion of the shipment (I ordered 100 shirts) was in a box that was essentially missing the bottom as the tape was not on the box but inside the box and attached to one of the shirts, and the delivery driver left the box label side down to prevent the shirts from falling out. The other portion of the shipment came in a poly-envelope that looked like it had been run over a few times, and fortunately the envelope wasn't damage so that the items inside received no damage. I contacted Wordans about how my shipments arrived, and while they did respond their response seemed rather dry and canned so I wasn't too happy about it. Aside from the shipping and handling, I love the color of the shirts and the material that they are made of, and they work well for my vinyl heat press business.

Andre helped me with my questions about my order that had an item canceled. They were super quick to respond and made sure all of my worries were clarified. I was hesitant to even reach out in fear that it would be a waste of time but thanks to Andre it was a very pleasant!

Wordans has the best prices, I looked everywhere in search of the best price for bulk T-Shirts and was really surprised at how low their prices were compared to all the other sites. Thank You Wordans!

No confirmation of order received so called them Feb 1st and they emailed invoice
Using their cheap mailing service which involves UPS then delivered by post office today is February 14 and the order is still in transit.

They do not have a phone number to call and I have asked them via email where my order is several times with no response at all. 19 days to get an order that is an off the shelf item is beyond ridiculous.

Their customer reviews I have read all seem to confirm the experience I had.

I learned about this site from tik tok lol. They have great items for a great price and good quality! I do however recommend buying in a bulk order (10+ items) to void shipping fees. The only hiccup I encountered with them is they had a glitch whereas after I placed my order they did have one of the hoodies in stock anymore but the customer service team handled the situation pretty well. I was in contact with Andre from Wordans and he 1st issued me a coupon with the value of the missing purchase but was able to accommodate me with a full refund to my account instead which was more convenient. Overall the I got the package within a week or two and everything was exactly how I wanted them!

Andre was very helpful and quick in replying to me, and he was also really accommodating with my requests! I asked for a refund instead of a coupon code and also inquired about the price of shipping (since my order was cancelled because of overstock that I wasn't aware of), and he was super kind about it all and helped me out. Great service!

I ended up canceling my order because I chose some of the wrong sizes so the issued me a code for a coupon to use. I didn't want the coupon anymore and asked for a full refund. I was able to receive the full refund thanks to Andre. Andre is a very polite person from Wordans who helped me greatly. He was quick, polite, and help resolve the problem for me. I wish there were more customer service representatives like him. Thank you Andre. :D

I ordered tee shirts from Wordens website using the choices that Wordens provided to online customers. I received the wrong color tee shirts from Wordens. I tried calling and no one answered the telephone because it was after 5PM. I emailed them and identified the mistake they made and pointed out that their website had offered one color which I ordered from but that the tee shirts I received were a different color. They then went and corrected the problem (changing the color I ordered to a different color) that I pointed out on their website and made it like it was my fault in ordering the wrong color tee shirt. After four to five subsequent emails attempting to clarify what had happened, I still received no satisfaction in terms of receiving the correct color shirts that I ordered. I will not order anything from them again.

Husband is in construction and as to wear this high vis shirts. I got them for a xmas gift. Hoping he likes them.
