I had £37 in my wallet and i thought like any other genuine company its going to be there and stay there and when i had time i can use it but today I went to use it and it has disappeared i wished i had brought in Amazon my money would have been still in my account I will never buy from this company again, day time robbery.

Be very careful of Wowcher.I ordered a product,changed my mind and they refused to refund my £50.On contact with Wowcher,they said I had not redeemed my voucher,therfore it had expired,even though when I complained,it was only 13 days after the purchase.Wowcher were very cold and unhelpful,indicating it was my fault and they were keeping my money.Very shoddy company-beware!

I had ordered a garden tool at 49.99 and was advised my voucher had expired

I have charged back with my bank after explaining the poor practice with wowcher I was advised by the bank this could possibly be overturned by wowcher though credited back my funds.

After having similar automated messages on there whatts app.

I have left a negative review on Trustpilot to be then contacted regarding a refund onto my wallet within the wowcher app.

My advice would be contact your bank to charge back if out of pocket and no goods received and leave a review on Trustpilot as contacted within a day.

With over £200 stuck in a 'wallet' I am unable to load my chosen product in the basket.

No customer service over 4 - 5 months and approx 70 emails.

Redeemed holiday voucher as felt pressured by countdown clock that deal would end. Rang merchant to cancel before holiday confirmed, merchant said to contact woucher to cancel. Spoke to woucher who said the merchant can cancel, went back & forth. Sent email to merchant to cancel before holiday booked therefore no contract with them. Being ignored by woucher for over a month so no holiday or my money back. This has happened to thousands of people please see the WOUCHER RIP OFF FACEBOOK PAGE. The hotel advertised is never available no matter what date you can go. This holiday hotel is still being sold on woucher. Flight from Rhodes to UK is 12 hours which being disabled isn't appropriate so alternatively I can pay almost £300pp for another holiday which I can't afford. If I could I wouldn't have bought a so called "DEAL". Woucher said they would help as a good will gesture but have now completely ignored me on their complaints wattsapp service, this is ongoing from 04/07/24. It is in their t&c 's to help customers so I believe this is a breach of their contract. I will look into this legally and update on here. Please be AWARE and DONT buy through woucher. Just purchased a 2bed + mattress. Once redeemed it's too late. You have to redeem it to complete the purchase and be informed about the delivery date. Bad news my delivery date was THREE MONTHS LATER! I was unhappy and wanted cancel the purchase. That's impossible to do after it's redeemed. Even my bank or PayPal I use couldn't do anything about it. Wowcher won't answer but in order to contact my alleged vendor Wowcher asks me to give them my bank details and pay 1$! Wowcher is a money grabber organised scam.

Wowcher emailed me to say goods were delivered which were not delivered. Not saying which company delivered to me?

Absolute nightmare dealing with them - booked a 4 day holiday, costs kept rising, flights rescheduled 3 times, no cash refund ( just credit) and credit taken back by wowcher unexpectedly 3 months later. Utter minefield dealing with them

Wowcher/Living Social -same people and absolute Crooks. They advertise items on TV (my case a wheelbarrow £39.99) then when you have paid them they tell you some nonsense about a voucher that is invalid and you can't have your money back or the goods either- Absolute swindlers -

Disgusting company that doesn't take care of its customers and the only thing that they look at is profit and scamming customers.

My voucher was going to expired in a few days and I went to the website in my phone to download and use it that day.
By mistake and because the website is not designed properly I pressed the button "extend" I even didn't notice it.

I download the voucher and closed the website. I opened my email and I received the bill of the extension of the voucher...than I didn't want to buy at all! They took the money without any warning and any message to make aware the customer that he was going to buy something! Absoluting appalling behaviour, a behaviour that a scam website could have.

I used the voucher the same day, as I was planned to so I DIDN'T NEED the extension. I try to explain to them but the customer service is totally pointless, they see money in and it is the only thing that they care, again, disgusting!

Never ever again! Million of other site do your job much much better and without scamming people, you should be reported!

Shocking service, difficult to communicate with and almost impossible to get a refund after supplier failed to send goods. Woucher voucher system is total rubbish and I am really lucky I paid by PayPal who refunded all but my carrier costs which is ridiculous considering the goods were never sent.
Be safe don't use Wowcher.

If a voucher is not redeemed merchant does not receive the order so Wowcher keep your money and don't offer a refund!

Paid for and ordered my items but they never arrived. Didn't answer any of my emails and still waiting for paypal to sort it out. They have my money but I have no items. Now, 6 weeks later, paypal has decided in their favour, even though I have I have not received the item and they never replied to my 8 ( Eight!) emails. Never got any email verification off them or anything. Total scam and rip off!

I had £34.99 in my So called Woucher Wallet. I did not know it was due to expire as the Don't Tell You. Sadly I found it had just expired yesterday after I tried to pay for good ls getting ordered today 6 th February. I tried getting in touch with them but all they do is point out the T. G.No refund it's Expired You lose all your money. It's really not fair perhaps not legal either. I would never recommend them to anyone. I run a business over 36 years,I would never deal with customers in this way. Don't Deal with them. I feel totally let down my cash is as good as Stollen.

Paid £87 for heated blankets didn't arrive so contacted customer service and told my wowcher had expired so can't get a refund absolutely sick as we are pensioners I didn't realise you had press a third button to get purchase.please stay clear of this company. Charged for voucher extension which appeared to be postage cost & VIP year so cost me an extra £9 - have managed to request refund for VIP rubbish, but told the other 3.98 is non refundable. Such a con - won't be buying from them again!

Do not use this website. I purchased a holiday to Lake Como with flights and hotel "included". There was no flight information given once purchased so I redeemed the voucher assuming this would then allow me to select flights. I was then called by a travel agent who told me that the flights to Lake Como would get us to Italy at 11pm at which point the train to the hotel would not be running so we would have to pay €120 for a taxi. He then offered to switch the flights to more reasonable times but said this would cost an extra €79 per person on top of the already paid voucher price. I have contacted Wowcher several times about an refund and they have not responded. The customer service is appalling and the vouchers have several hidden costs which are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Paid for goods in Nov. Didn't see voucher emails due to large amount of Wowcher adverts flooding ing my email inbox. Redemption date and extension date now expired and no refund available so have lost £30.00 + Will definitely not be using this outfit again despite the stated prices. Feel as though I have been "ripped off"

Wowcher scam their customers, you think your buying goods when it's a voucher that needs to be redeemed within a small timescale! Loads of ridiculous small print tying you in! Do not buy from Wowcher I hope they go bust! Absolute robbers!

I made a purchase 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my item, despite several attempts to contact Wowcher. Their communication is awful. I have asked for a refund - no response. Don't waste your hard earned money on buying from them. Wowcher if you read this, my order number is *******.

I ordered a bed frame through this company and decided to change for different style even when I redeemed voucher. I rang them up directly they were so helpful and pleasant as I was so worried cause Wowcher took so long to respond and furniture Italia refunded me straight away through PayPal. I'm very pleased

Bought a mystery jewellery item for £10 supposed to be of high quality brands pandora, etc but instead I got a cheap and nasty unbranded piece that would cost no more than a pound at poundland etc. I paid p&p too so extremely miffed at the company for sending out such rubbish.

Despite the great looking offers on this site I wouldn't trust them 100% because there's a catch to getting something for so cheap. I've only ever made one purchase for some photos which were quite successful but when looking into buying some cosmetic surgery I did research on the offers and many google reviews explained that it was a scam and/or the service was incredibly bad. The holidays also seem a bit off with the cheap airlines and such but I guess it's down to you to research before making a purchase regardless of the price.

I would love for them to have a reviews/comments section so we could hear from others but obviously not going to happen as I'm sure sales would drop. Costumer service is also non-existent so if something goes wrong, good luck trying to get a refund (which you can't get with the majority of offers)
