I have been waiting over 6 months for an order that was due in 6-8 weeks, no one has any answers and you just get a scripted answer from their phone operators, which is no help what so ever. I am also waiting on a refund for items, that because delivery is taking so long, are no longer available. No responses to phone calls, emails or posting on their facebook page. Stay away from this company. I heard someone is taking them to court to get their money back. I would give not star rating if this system would allow!
I have never ever encountered such cheats.
How do they get away so easily? My mistake was order stuff without reviewing customers comments. I got carried away with their attractive website.
I ordered stuff in Jan 2016. They brought only one item ( which was the wrong item) and Item 2 was promised in a week... which never got delivered.
No refund. Just promises of one. They have a customer care centre which is as pathetic as can be.

When I think of all the time and energy wasted on this theft website, I boil with anger! My nightmare with them just will not end! I have store credit remaining, which they once removed without telling me. And when I asked them to restore it and spent time ordering something to the same value, I accidentally discover they cancelled it! Without notification, no refund, nothing! Their items can be found anywhere and a lot cheaper! AVOID AT ALL COST.
I have been waiting since April for a refund. Every day I call they say they'll call me back and they never do. Worst managed company and the rudest customer service team. Will never shop from them again
I ordered from this company and they promise to deliver in 6 - 8 weeks. I made my order in September and until today I did not receive my stuff. It has been 8 months. I continuously try to ask for my stuff and i get an automatic response that they will send my things and they have not. I also received one item that was damaged.
Yes, when can I have my refund to the faulty items / products from wysada.com, I have returned the items in September 2015, lodge / email the complaint on several occasions on 9 October 2015, 9 November 2015, 25 January 2016, 6 March 2016 and 10 March 2016 and yet to receive any response from wysada.com
They ripped me off and they never delivered the order nor refunded the money. My order was submitted on the 28th of Feb, and till today jun 21st i recieved nothing! I called them many times and raised more than one complaint to no avail. And their employees keep on saying we are working on this issue and it will be solved. Also none of that happened. I was a great supporter and an old client, i dont know what happened but what i am asure of is that this company should be held responsible for such matters and fraudulent transactions.
If I could I would rate it 0. They are useless, do not deliver, deliver 8 months late if ever and the product is damaged because it has been sitting in an unsuitable warehouse or have been shipped badly, no customer service, delete bad reviews on facebook and other social media so you dont read it. AVOID LIKE THEY ARE THE PLAGUE!
