Like the title says, I was skeptical about it all. Afraid that like other stores and sites will over inflate a pc with accessories and cosmetics to rack up the price. When the experience gets no love. I told them what my goal was, and they helped me find the PC that would do it, and well. They provided me with a great PC, it was delivered quickly, and it was already set up for me. All I had to do, was remove the protective packaging (they are very thorough, I'll add) And hook up my monitors and plug it in. Quick and Easy! 10/10
I've order my rig almost 5 weeks ago. I understand there may be delays, but after reaching out multiple times they always have a different story. I reached out a week ago form today 2/21/22 to check on its status (as they only provide status updates when it's being built, tested, and shipped) only to find out the motherboard I ordered was out of stock. Cool, things happen, we get that situated, I'm told it will take a week to get it processed. Today marks a week and 2 days, I check in it. The SSD card is out of stock… Again, we get it situated, I requested if it can be worked on soon as I've waited 5 weeks already (they promise 4-6 weeks). Only to be told it can take multiple weeks from today for it to get started, processed, and shipped… The worst part is, you have to reach out to them constantly to i guess get them working on your rig. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.

I needed a new computer and got this one on a whim because I watched a couple of YouTubers and Xidax had consistent reviews. I am in love with it. It works great and handles anything I throw at it. For me customer service is important and the guys I talked to nailed it knowledgeable, helpful, and polite even though I was annoyingly dumb when it came to the purchase process. 10/10 recommend.
I honestly have no idea about computers, so I had some friends help me pick out one of the pre mades. And all I can say is it's a beast of a machine. Runs everything smoothly, can pretty much play any game I want. Probably the best decision I made
I ordered my PC from Xidax and the sales rep was super helpful in helping me pick out a pre-built PC that met my requirements. Once I got the PC I was having issues getting the PC to work properly (because I have no experience with gaming PC's and how they work, the online help desk employee was not only amazingly helpful but non-judgmental and understanding of my frustration (at my own ineptitude). He was able to help me get the computer running at full capacity within minutes and assured me that my inexperience was a normal thing and he was more than happy to help. I for sure will be buying from Xidax in the future

From build to delivery and customer service, I am extremely happy with all Xidax has done. My PC is amazing and everything I was looking for! When my wife is ready for an upgrade I will definitely be going with Xidax PCs again!
I wanted a Xidax computer for a couple of years, I finally got one, I was the best choice I made, the service was great, the pc is awesome. I will buy another.
Xidax has a plethora of options and recommended builds. The customer service was one of the highest attributes. They responded quickly and are able to provide solutions. My rig came quickly and safely. Truly impressed.
Opened it up, plug and play was absolutely easy. Literally plug it in down load the game and boom 300fps in warzone. Dual pc setup as well. Easiest setup ever. 👌
This is my second computer I've bought from Xidax my first computer lasted over 9 nine years. This time around Spencer was my sales rep and at first we were talking about the pre built. However after talking about it he realized pre built was not exactly what I was looking for. So created a custom build to fit best what I wanted from my pc. I will not be buying from any other computer build company.
I researched many PC makers in the market and decided to follow a hunch and go with XIDAX... I was not wrong!
The online chat experience was great, I had a lot of questions which were answered in a timely and polite manner; the agent was not trying to sell me something I did not need. He hooked me up with a Veteran discount (Thank you!)
Tracking my order was easy and was able to get updates via the chat function.
The rig was delivered on time and in perfect condition, I simply unpacked and powered it up without any issues.

I did not feel like this was a sales call it was more like a personal shopping experience. I also do not believe that there was any attempt to forcibly upsell based on my requirements. I appreciated the professionalism of Tanner in helping me make the decision.
I give it a 4 star because now my cpu which they recommended I go with is going out.
They also didn't tell me the new cpu ******* series was about to come out shortly after ether I was bumbed to find that but i did need my pc back fast. So its understandable. Anyway just a few months in and my cpu is failing so my next update will answer if I give a 5 star or one again as its fully covered in warranty at their dime. Ill give a 5 star if they respond appropriately. I will say they do care a great deal about customer support and that goes far for my family of gamers and salespeople where the pc is always on. They didn't tell me getting a water cooled system would be expensive to ship. They want me to pay 740 bucks plus packaging and a pallet. The pc came to me damaged, the coolent had a corrosion build up on a connection and when I called them to get it fixed they dodged my calls and then waited untill after my warnty date was out by a couple days and even though they saw my emails and calls and then offered to pay half the shipping but "just not tell the guys" I didn't pay half"
Then I decided to let the pc sit for a few weeks and weigh my options and noticed the pc wasn't leaking and just had build up. The issue is they are supposed to use distilled water… clearly they didn't. Next my cpu went out. I wasn't informed I had customer support ether so I paid a local shop to diag the pc. They narrowed it down to the cpu or mother board. The pc has been having start up and run issues and crashes. Unrelated to the possible leak,
In the beginning I didn't send the pc back to them to fix the damage because it was minor scuffs and I didn't feel right doing so. I did them a huge favor. Then I didn't send it in for the leak repair because it's my main source of income, and I wanted to make sure it was actually still leaking as after a year it didn't seem like the fluid level had gone down.
For 9 months my pc ran fantastic and handled everything.
I did over pay big time for this pc at 7900 bucks. They charged me over 900 bucks for a *******ks cpu plus labor. I could have bought a gpu with it for that price. The over charge, over promise and don't deliver. I 100 percent do not recommend going with these people. They seem nice enough but they just don't put their customer service as a priority. If my pc wasn't water cooled I'd have paid 189 for round trip shipping and now they want me to pay 781

Yes if you go with a pc from them make sure you ask all the questions. Like if my pc breaks how much will it cost me to send it back

I was tired of wasting money on basic store bought laptops that couldn't compare to my desktops performance and since I travel quite a bit I wanted to actually invest wisely this time. I found Xidax and started looking through their site and after reviewing every laptop and option I made my purchase. The site was very easy to navigate and the process of picking the components I wanted was simple and it was a bonus that there was a chat option to help through any part of the process. The process for applying and qualifying for financing was easy and quick as well. When I realized I had made an error when choosing my features Xidax customer service team was on top of it and resolved my issue immediately and answered any questions I had. I received my awesome laptop a few days later and I can honestly say it was better than I had expected! I'm having fun messing around with everything when typically I dread having to boot up my laptop. You are in good hands with Xidax and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new laptop or desktop!
I have this far had an amazing experience with this company. The website interface is amazing for doing a custom build. I had a little issue of getting ahold of customer service this week but once i did i can see why. I had the Pleasure of speaking with Tanner who made the process of redesigning my order and getting me the rig i want for an amazing price a breath of fresh air. It was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Tanner was polite, courteous, and an expert at what he does. Throw a parade in that guys honor.
I wasn't sure what components was needed and worked with Tanner to help spec out and review my build. He was extremely responsive and really took into account what I was looking for/needs, and any budget concerns. His knowledge and explanations were extremely helpful for helping me decide what would work best for my needs. We discovered an issue during checkout with one of the promo's that wasn't properly applying the discount and he immediately jumped to a workaround solution to make sure everything was taken care of! Tanner was amazing and his support made the build and buying process extremely quick and easy!

I'm very happy with the components I got for the price; most other places I looked would have been several hundred more for similar specs. When I received the PC, there were some major issues that I was not able to solve myself since I am not much of a tech person. Luckily, I was able to reach out to support and, while it did take longer than I would have liked, they were able to fix the issue in a way that I was happy with. Now, the PC is comfortably running demanding games and software. Overall, I would recommend Xidax to most people as long as you don't mind doing a little bit of your own quality control before you boot the thing up.
